Hello, I am writing this to inform you that two of your employee's Stephine and Cheyanne who both work at the smaller Love's in Benson Az have been harassing and stalking my mother and I. It should be noted that Stephine is dating my brother and Cheyanne is his and her friend. Every time My mother or I go to this love's Stephine calls my brother with our location and we get harassing phone calls because of this situation, when I confronted her about this, she threated to ban me and went as far as to actual ban my mother. Which is a problem because we live in Sierra Vista but work out of Tucson and this is the only place that is in the middle that we can stop at for Gas. Cheyanne has made many rude remarks towards both My mother and I for absolutely no reason and has now started to call my brother and his friends with our location as well. I already reported this to your head manager at this location but as Stephine is the assistant manager there was nothing done about the situation. Even as his girlfriend and his friend I do not know why your staff feels that this is appropriate behavior to have toward your customers. But being how we drive a long distance to and from work we stop here for gas at least 4-5 times a week and this is happening every time we go here. I am now coming to you out of respect for your company but, If the harassment and Stalking does not stop, I will be involving the police as a last resort. We have done absolutely nothing wrong, and this behavior is completely inappropriate and wrong we should not be stalked and harassed just for stopping in for gas and drinks. I hope this situation can be dealt with quickly and privately without involving the police.

I was at the store in Tucumcari New Mexico. I was in the store buying some snack for the road . The manager I think he was a manager his name was Bryan was yelling at another employee in front of customers. It was awful. This man should not be over other employees. Very unprofessional and racist, This man is very immature . The other employee was trying to pick up the trash outside which outside was terrible with trash everywhere . All trash cans were running over. The other employee went back outside and the manager followed him staying get off the property or I will call the police. The way he was yelling at the other employee was very threatening. My children were very upset. The manager was using foul language and racial against black people. I could not believe it!will never stop here again

Technician that was sent out on my service call to install a new starter, that I purchased from peterbilt and provided, on my Pete was not thoroughly equipped or knowledgeable enough to perform the task. He showed up without the necessary tools and and no voltage tester or light tester. I even had to go to harbor freight to buy a socket and let him use my 1/2 inch drive ratchet to get one of the bolts out. He was trying to remove the starter bolts with a 3/8 drive ratchet and couldn’t get enough torque on one of the bolts to break it loose. It took him about 45 minutes to remove the starter which was not bad. It took apprx the same amount of time to bolt up the new starter but he could not figure out how to hook up all the wiring back to the new starter. After several hours of trying to figure it out, another Love’s certified technician showed up and had to redo everything the first technician did. The repair process started at apprx 10:30am and the starter install was completed at a little after 5pm. Had love’s sent out a qualified and prepared tech the first time the repairs would have been completed in 2hrs at the most. I was charged over $500 for the removal and installation of the new starter I had provided which is entirely to expensive. I spoke to the manager/supervisor and expressed my concern about the charges not being justifiable but to no prevail. A coworker had a new starter, that he furnished, put on one of his Petes several weeks previous to me having my work done and was only charged $190. His diesel tech was from a different location across town and was much more knowledgeable and prepared.

I was at loves #265 in arizona a little bit ago and I was trying to get a advance from my loves express card, the cashier kept trying to insist she was going to charge me a dew anyway, I explained it has no fee with this card, she preceded to show me a sign unless I got fuel she was going to charge me anyway, she was being real snotty about it, her name was haliegh, I asked to speak to a manager and she loiked at me and said bye, I asked for a manager again and at that point the shift manager was walking towards us and she finally called her over, the shift manager told her I was correct and girl then walked away saying im not going to do that anyway, and walked away from her desk. Her attitude really sucked

Thursday Feb.9th at 7 pm I stopped for a fill-up going home from San Antonio in Junction Tx. I had filled at this same place going to San Antonio the day before.Both times I was prepaying with a hundred dollar bill. No problem on the 8th but on the 9th she refused to turn pump on unless I knew how many gallons the truck needed. ? How can you know how many gal. it will take ? My wife managed convenience stores for years so all you need to do is prepay the amount given then refund if it does not take all the deposit. I got gas elsewhere with no problem. Clerks need better training then provided. No customers no business. I will no longer patronize Loves nor recommend them to anyone.

No windshield cleaner and scrubbers at all pumps. I went inside and ask the two employees standing inside the store if I could have something to clean my windshield because there was salt and road grime on all my glass. Employee told me it was too cold and cleaner would freeze then told me I would have to buy washer fluid if I wanted to clean my windshield then he said fu. I ask store manager and he walked off to the diesel fuel counter and after several request for cleaner he told me to leave. I told him I can't leave because my windshield visibility is a safety risk. He finally said he would have someone mix up some cleaner. After 10-12 minutes the loves truck showed up and threw two scrubbers, bucket and a bottle of washer fluid on the pump island and left. Me and my passenger opened the fluid and poured into bucket, cleaned my windshield and left very dissatisfied with the store employees attitudes and lack of windshield cleaning equipment at all fuel stations.

Why do you allow your customers to block the gas pumps after they have already paid at the pump and pumped their gas and then go inside the store and leave their vehicle sitting there blocking the pump when there are multiple cars waiting to get gas?! I asked the inside Park for assistance with the situation and she said too bad they couldn't do anything about it! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They did an oil change on my 97 gmc c7500 and used the wrong oil and put 10w30 in it?!?!? And charged me for 44 quarts when it only takes 19! Impossible to get ahold of anyone to resolve this issue!

I observed that loves Travel stop is racist an watch black employees an treat them differently. I got wrote up for being late an I always had doctor notes if I was sick. Store side employee misty did several no call no shows an still had her job, same as restaurant side multiple people are late everyday an don't show up an still have there jobs an there all white employees including the gm Mika means

The bathrooms at the loves in Kermit tx are the nastiest I've ever seen. Graffiti in the stalls fecal matter every where sinks are disgusting. I'm very disappointed . The staff does not maintain proper sanitation. This is a terrible situation in this pandemic.
