Love travel stop 309, North platte, NE. ..all showers are free but nobody clean showers .long line .I'm waiting for last 35 mins .

Stopped on way home to pump out and fill propane tank. Waited half hour for someone to come out and fill propane. Then for the third time asked if someone was coming out and I was told there was no one available to do so and they would not be able to do so. I come here every week to do both of these services. Store #640

My father and are truck drivers(team driver) and we stopped and loves store # 718 time was 15:[protected] to shower and eat at chesters. Disappointing that they had no chicken and tenders. I ask the clerk and he said ( that's all there is we have nothing). I ask if he could make some and he said we have nothing. This is the second time we are dissatisfied with the service.

She bangs on my door to make me move my truck very rude I got stuck because of inadequate signage backed out hit the barrier. I'm tired I just needed sleep then I see her and said thanks she says should be in a parking spot sarcastic . That's the way you treat your guests? I spend alot of money at loves I use to only fuel at loves probably not anymore ill take my business elsewhere. It's not right we work hard if you didn't want my business just say so there are lots of other truck stops. Have a good day I'll be taking my 302 trucks somewhere else from now on.

Checked in needing a tire repair was told had a tire repair and a mud flat to replace. No problem except 1 man working and others standing around doing nothing . They call the guy with mud flap to be replaced takes 35 min for him to come over. Could have fixed my tire in that time been here 2 hours and end isn't in site need to hire people that work and not stand around bsing

I arrived at the Loves on Highway 301 in Orangeburg at 2:30 in the afternoon. I needed all 8 of my drive tires balanced. After waiting 3 1/2 hours on my truck, they only balanced 4 of my tires complaining the whole time that they couldn't balance them. And to top it off, they bent one of my chrome hub covers and said they ran out of wheel weights so they could not do them all. The service techs obviously don't know what the hell they are doing. This is the sorriest service I have ever had!

I arrived at 1539 Madison ave, aurora, NE 68818 right when a thunderstorm hit and saw a tornado across the freeway.Iam from California so I've need seen anything like this. So Iam already on edge.so decided to shower to get my mind off storm. So Iam trying to take my time but all the while I can hear one employee out side my door the hole time. And the for the very first time of all the loves I've been to employee nocks on my door and asks me if Iam still using bathroom what is it to him . These people are really an sensitive to what Iam going thought . Recipe of shower checkin 9:17 I felt I had no choice to get out of shower at 10:17 I was out and it's still stormy and nobody in line for shower. The tire shop manager previous GM of the store is a sorry excuse for a manager. Being a married man still found it ok to have relations with an employee in which destroyed 2 families and yet he still has a management job at this store I don't see how that is acceptable. This could cause big problems for this company he broke the rules he should be permanently terminated and it filed on his work record I think this should be addressed make an example of this unloyal and rule breaking clown and show that it's not right to do this. He should not be allowed to ever hold another management position anywhere.

I am an employee who sees the everyday and behind the scenes. At store #746 in Decatur Illinois we get a new GM every few months. And new AM and OM every 3-6 months. I will say the last GM David, from Arkansas was FABULOUS! he came in and cleaned the store up and had a smooth and great operational team and store! Being a team is everything! The new GM Mykel is not very friendly. So therefore the "team isn't a team" if u are not considered someone worthy to him then he does not have the time for u. Aka unless ur a manager or shift lift lead ur ignored. I have multiple complaints about the current GM. One of which is causing a issue with product. Roller grill items, cups and lids, cleaning and tolietry, additives, tobacco products, merchandise and so much more not being ordered. We have members wanting items that we don't have in the store so therefore we cannot sell the stuff causing a lost in revenue. And if for some reason we do have items that need shelved u are unable to get to them as the kitchen and back store rooms are stacked to the ceiling very disorganized and all around a danger to anyone who enters. Lost of revenue is a concern cuz many times I've heard people complain and then say they'll just go to pilot. These are issues that can be prevented. Hardee's is supposed to be open 24/7. For the last couple weeks their operational hours have been 8a.m. to 8p.m. due to no staffing. Our tire mechanics are working as counter clerks during the evenings and overnights due to no staff. Making them also lose road calls. The restaurant and hardee's both losing revenue all do to the staffing. We are losing staffing from the attitude "I'm better than u" from management, losing staff from management drastically changing people's hours and schedules, losing staffing from the lack of appreciation from management, losing employees from angry customers due to being out of everything... All things that can be prevented. And the GM constantly checks out a shower room multiple times a day for several minutes at a time. Just disappears. Here recently the GM posted a note for all store side employees. The note doesn't say "disclude managers and shift leads" but that's the case. how is it fair? How do we know one of them weren't the issue? The note saying "radios will be checked out for collateral of ur cell phone" big concern. WHo Is The Responsible Party For LOST, STOLEN, Or DAMAGED Cell Phones? Is loves corporate responsible or? Most cell phones are between 1k-5k each! Also in today's world mass shootings and burgarly are an everyday occurrence. Day or light. My biggest fear for evening and over night workers. What happens when the next business that falls victim is this specific loves? I have yet to meet a shooter or robber who will let a employee use the cell phone to call the authorities in case of an emergency! And us employees need to get to a safe place and need access to a phone during a event that could occur! Only places a work phone is behind the counter and in a locked office! The whole cellphone thing needs thought more thoroughly. Let me also add that tire pass and fax have been broken down three months with no care. Unsatisfied customers. Pinpads outside have worked in months. Unsatisfied customers. 8 hour never gets done outside making garbages over full. Unsatisfied customers.all can be prevented with good Managment that knows team work and can keep a good team together! It's always "that's not my job!" Correction. It's everyone's job to have a good store! Especially managers! The current management doesn't help hardee's, their clerks, tire shop, nobody. They have their three circle click and they only care for each other. And I think the management and the store and it sells needs investigated. And if done so the obvious is there in black and white. Help make this store great again! Prior to the current GM we had well above good mystery shoppers reports, great sales, great employees, hardee's open 24/7, a tire techs who wasn't tied up and had to decline road calls, and was just a better store! Save our store! Send help!

I bought a tire on 2/15/21 it blew out in me 35 miles down road so was replaced after waiting hours then second tire blew out and loves will not replace tire this needs resolved [protected]

Had a pm done yesterday 02/18/2021 where they grease my whole truck and change my oil well today my carrier berring for my drive shaft broke in half and done a lot of damage they should have saw that it was bad and crack wen they did the pm as there is a grease fitting right next to it I have pictures of everything I almost lost my life becuase of this I spend thousands of dollars at loves and this is the out come your mechanics is young and rush to get things done this should have never went unknown pm is called preventive maintenance and there job was not done if nothing is done about this I will b contacting a lauyer thank you
