January 24, 2023 my driver purchased diesel at this location. Exactly 6 minutes later warning light for water in fuel on the dashboard. Ever since then we’ve had problems with the truck. Everything dealing with the fuel system. Did anyone else have this problem from Batesville, MS store 388? I’m being told no one else complained and my proof isn’t good enough since no one else complained. I also asked to see the proof of that information & I was denied. If that information is true, me personally, I would’ve showed my evidence so it wouldn’t look like I’m trying to hide something.

Saturday night I stopped in as usual and witnessed a very disturbing incident between 2 cashiers , cashier gal believe her name was Loretta very respectful and delightful lady was trying to cash me out and had an issue with the register, the gentleman by the name of Joe came over after she called for assistance and just started screaming at her in front of myself and other customers then he took his register drawer out and laughed at her. She was so upset she started shaking and tears in her eyes, this is not the first time I have witnessed this with this same gentleman as this is my regular stop normally during the day but was running late on Saturday. This Joe person shouldn’t be working in customer service as he has absolutely NO patience and can’t tolerate employees that are having issues with faulty equipment. I will no longer be making my stops at this location, very hard to believe a manager would tolerate his behavior toward women and us faithful customers

Four people were caught taking company card and filing up their cars with gasoline. They were not fired they were given promotions and this was just days before Miss Jenny Love came to the store. Two of the employees were in fact bragging to me about it. I went to the GM AJ Mullanex and was blew off. Since this happened there have been several female employees to include myself lose their jobs for things that were very gray. I have still not got my unemployment bc I can't seem to get my termination paperwork sent to the DOL. I get the GM will have a hefty almost million dollars at the end of six years of working there but I really think they need to do better with all the employees that they have. Celena Embry is constantly starting trouble in the the store with other people yet she has no repercussions at all. Two different ladies were promised promotions for going to night shift and one guy that no longer works there bc they were promised raises that never happened. Not in months did AJ ever come through with any promise to these honest employees but tire shop guy got promoted after taking the company card...very upsetting. Still if they had of just gave me my separation papers I wouldn't have went public like this but I feel like I'm the only oer that will speak out about all the wrong doings of this company

I was getting gas at Loves Travel Center in Belleville Kansas. As i was walking in I saw a female employee get in here vehicle. As i came out from paying for my gas I saw that girl in her car smoking meth. I would know because I did it myself at one point in my life. How often do you have employees take drug test? I thought you all should know this information. I do not think it makes your business look good with employee's go out to there vehicle to smoke their dope. I hope you resolve this problem. Thank you for your time.

Called Whites town store #459 at 1530 1/24 to see if a DOT Inspection could be completed ahead of Winter Storm arriving at 0100. Was told yes. After 4 hours was told would be performed after bay 2 truck was finished. At approximately 2300 the doors were locked and staff went home without update.

Well let us see now…..,went to the mens bathroom first.

The floor was quite wet.

There was trash in the standing water.

The paper towel dispensers, except for 1, were empty!

The only trash can in the mens room was overflowing with trash.

Went to the coffee station and noticed the floor from the bathroom to said station was sticky.

The countertop where you add creamer was covered with old dried up, and freshly spilled coffee and creamer.

The French vanilla creamer baskets were almost empty.

When I went to pay I asked the cashier “who the manager was,” and she said by pointing that “she”

Traveling from Ohio to PA on Sunday December 4th, 2022 we decided to stop and fill up out Prius at Love's Travel Stop, 2 Love's Drive, Conneaut, Ohio.

The place was very busy since gas prices were low there so we waited in line until we were able to pull up to a pump. I inserted my credit car in the chip reader and the green screen on the pump gave me the option to use my Love's rewards or cancel. I do not have a Love's rewards card so I hit cancel. The screen stayed the same, no acknowlegement that my card was in, it did not ask for my zip code. I hit cancel a couple more ties and then took my card out and re-inserted it. The same thing happened and I finally gave up, thinking that the pump was not working. I went to another pump and put gas in my car (10 gallon tank) amounting to $15.70. The next day we found an additional charge on the credit card at Love's for $20.50. Apparently someone pulled up and used the pump after I pulled away. How does this happen? The person did not pay for their gas, I did! I contacted my credit card company but they decided that I put $31.20 worth of gas in my 2020 Prius that has a 10 gallon tank. Gas that day was $2.69 per gallon! Is this happening to others? Is this a set up? Don't ever drive away from a pump that doesn't seem to be working after you insert your credit card! Go inside and make sure that they cancel the transaction!

I quit my job on Tuesday when I was on lunch break. I quit my job because I was mess treated. I told the mangers that I have disability and that it takes me time. I the team lead was treating me bad to. I apologize to gm and try to get my job back but after I said I quit, and I said I quit that all you need to know and I did not mean that because I have bad axinite and I say things I don't mean. I try to ask to have second chances, but he told me no because he does believe that will not do the same thing again. I told him I will not do the same thing. I ask to be transfer but he told me no because I did not finish my shift. My boss has lots of favorite with scent staff and give scent staff second chances but when it come to me, I will not get a second chances. this is at loves 23 in Lamar Colorado. I work hard and I show up to work and do my job but then I get hearsted by team lead and get told I will never get to move up or gm going to skip me for mange and put in someone else that he likes. Gm told me that I need to work on customer service but that is hard for me and that I need to stop taking things negative.

Thanks for ruining my day! I am literally sick, and my holiday plans with my guest are ruined! Love's #273 is trying to charge me $175.00 for $20.86 worth of gas for my 15-gal tank, purchased approx. 4:00 p.m., 11-24-22, so I had to freeze my credit card. I will gladly pay what I really owe, $20.86.

At around 7:00 p.m. My shower door was unlocked and opened by a love's employee. After my shower I got dressed and walk to the fuel this and I spoke with three females and one was management and I asked them who unlocked and opened my shower door. The response from them was that a buzzer keeps telling them at the fuel desk that my shower was empty when it was occupied by myself. When you're walking down the hall to the showers if you stand at the door you can hear the shower running. There was no reason for any employee to open my shower door while I was nude and taking a shower. Although I was by myself I feel violated and that my privacy has been infringed upon and blatantly disregarded. When I spoke with the three employees I feel as though my complaint was ignored and should have been handled better instead of being disregarded in the manner that it was. My wife and I usually team and we redeem team showers. My privacy was violated and my safety was compromised and no one seemed to care. There is a camera at the end of the hall directly in front of the shower door which was shower number five and I'm quite sure it can be seen that it was opened when it should not have been. Hello , I visited Loves today (381) in falkville Alabama and I went to subway , while I was watching the lady make my sandwich I noticed she didn’t put the full amount of cheese on my sub. She argued with me about it and told me “ only two comes on a 6 in I know how to do my job” . So I left it at that . Another worker walked out and started helping and she asked me what I had and she even said 4 pieces comes on the sandwich I got so she even put two more piece on to make it the full 4 . I normally don’t try to make complaints about things like this because it is only cheese and I know they was busy but the simple fact of this is that she wanted to argue about something that was on the menu . There was two workers when I was getting my food and Ashley was the one who argued with me and Maria I think her name was is the one who fixed the mistake .

Waiting on shower I watch the cleaning person just take dirty towels out the showers replaced with clean ones did not sanitize or clean behind the driver that left out. Watched them do this with 3 or 4 showers when I enter the shower room sink were not clean an floor was very dirty an nothing had been wipe down. There are too many viruses for this to go on. I said no then she said that there was a conflict... and I said you are at work so no... she said that I was to [censored] to do anything anyway... the cashier then asked her if he could services me and she said yeah just this one time and next time I will have you trespassed... so she is mad at me because I use to work there along with my husband... he left me and is living with her... all I was doing was getting gas.. so as a paying customer... it was not appropriate... and also being harassed by her... if you have any questions you can call me at [protected]... my name is hannah

I am a very understanding person. But the service or going out their way here to try” and embarrass someone rather speak to them like a customer an adult or even just a person. But how is someone confused when they are returned the exact same treat given. I walked in with no shoes and let me tell you- my feet were not the problem first of all the sign is so small and not even at the entrance to anyone to see . But I don’t know if it’s her and the other lady’s age or just lack of respect but you’d think being older that would have made the difference not in this matter. Second she said it’s because they serve food- that was a very dirty place trash everywhere glass for drinks all dirty floors needing to be sweep mopped the mirrors above haven’t been cleaned in very long time now where the food was held the fruit not cleaned it wiped can tell not disinfected the aisle where everything stored never cleaned or dusted or wiped where the hot food was being served even worse. All windows dirty I’m hoping I could attach the pictures I took. So the store #285 in Santa Rosa NM could have a refresher course in hospitality and know the difference from yelling at someone or simply informing without the rude unwarranted attitude and have their place of employment with some integrity to have it cleaner and sanitized before having an outburst like she did. And then being embarrassed at having yelled at me which I complied too but to be still rude disrespectful to a complete stranger. Humans get off on power trips- I understand policy and have no problem abiding by them again the sign was no where visible to been seen by customers coming in - that could have been handle completely different and more professional smh 🤦‍♀️ and then wonder why she was meet with the same response not as bad as hers because I care how I make people feel- so if anyone gets at me and provide me with an email I’ll gladly send pictures of the store showing how little the care for cleanliness.

I was fired for medical issues and military obligations, after giving the company multiple months in advance of the dates I had scheduled. I have been suffering from Tonic-Chlonic seizures and my boss held that against me. They broke the rules with both USERRA, HIPPA, and unlawful termination for needing medical attention.

My Supervisors name was Travis Phelps, and he basically told me I'm not allowed to leave work for "extra curricular activities" and claimed that I wasn't performing at the ability as the rest of the team with no proof or even talking to me.

The store in Lubbock is very unprofessional. There is too much favoritism the manager hires a lot of her family and they do whatever they want around the store. One of the employees was actually living in the store upstairs he slept there ate for free and bathe for free. The managers can complain to the main manager about an employee and being that they are relationship with the main manager nothing is done. The main manager talks to everybody about everybody when you go to her with an issue. She basically tells the person you complained about to that person. I left the store because it is too unprofessional, employees were being started at different pay due to family and friends being paid more. That store is basically a kids playground.

On Monday September 26 approximately 1030 in the morning I walked in to store 448 in tacoma Washington with the internet on taking a shower after waiting on an extremely long line due to pump card scanner not working (1st issue) i noticed a couple waiting in line and proceeded to get a shower ticket after cashier advised them it was a screenshot but still issued when I came up he flat out denied my screehshot then when I turned and asked another fellow driver for a shower credit cashier said I could not ask anyone for a shower credit needless to say I walked off to avoid any further [censored] from your employee, another driver noticed this and walked up to me afterwards and offered to help but when he alone walked to cashiers I was still asked for my cdl when I was not even close to the register I had already advised him the cashier of my driver status wich didn't seem to matter to him, this is proven to be happening time and time again at your stores not only shower issues but flat out racist employees by the way the couple with the first screenshot just happened to be Anglo and I just happen to be mexican, I sincerely hope something is done or at least looked into, needless to say loves has passed to my last resort as far as fuel or anyplace where I would spend any of my money from now on, cashier name is Tony Ferguson

I stopped on my regular route for fuel at the Sidney Ohio location on September 18th at approximately 3am. I pulled up to pump 23 and realized the card reader is completely broken off. I couldn't fuel at pump 24 because it was down with a trash can blocking the entrance to it. I moved over to pump 25, tried my fuel card but the card reader is broken, not missing but broken. It could not read my card. I got an error message and "see cashier" notification. It's hard to believe that a location that hasn't been open very long has this many problems with the fuel pumps at the same time. I always fuel, eat and shower at love's but the recent decline in customer service is making me rethink that. I've had issues at plenty of other love's that have overflowing trash cans on the fuel island, no soap and water in the buckets to clean my windshield or just just plain dirty water, no paper towels on the fuel island or leaking fuel nozzles.
