Got in the shop about 11am air governor got it replaced. Mechanic stated that we needed a new compressor so had to take it to another shop that was 1 mile away. Mechanic found the air governor was not plugged in and the bolt that was replaced was a half an inch shorter than what was needed and if it was done the correct way we could have saved 298.74 and three hours of down time if it was done the right way.
Finally finished fixing truck at 530
Not a happy customer!

Loves truck stop #529 I checked in for repairs of a light and air line I was told an hour and a half wait, first the mechanics said there were 2 trucks ahead of me but since I figured mine was a simple repair I was told to pull up along side the shop, one mechanic looked at the other and said you can get that real quick for him, the guy came out wrote up repairs and said I can take care of this right here next thing I see the same guy heading off with a steam cleaner to clean the fuel bays, the mechanics lied to me.. I asked when is shift change and will this affect getting me in in an hour and a half, he said shift change is at 15:00. Two and a half hours later I'm still sitting in the parking lot waiting for my courteous call by the way that call never came. Four and a half hours later while writing this complaint I still have not heard a word from the ship but I've seen many trucks come and go in and out of the shop.. This is not the first time either, thats why the complaint. The time before I was told they would get me right in until they remembered there shift would be over then they came out lied to me to keep from bringing me into the shop, I wasted 3 hours of my time that day, excuse me they wasted 3 hours of my time. When I finally got into the bay I went into the office only witness the mechanics complaining about first shift rather than getting to work on my truck. This is ridiculous on another occasion same scenario a relatively easy fix, I'm told yet again an hour and a half is how long repairs should take, the shop was completely empty there was no wait. The part I needed was a FAN BELT they didn't even have the part in stock, freightliner has they said, nope no they don't we'll have to get it elsewhere, three and a half hours later they finally finished, loves truck stops are you kidding me, your shops have become a joke.

Love's truck stop # 553 this is what the men's bathroom looked like Sunday around 2pm very unacceptable with the COVID-19 going on. Corporate people would you use this men's bathroom but you want us to spend our money there. Would you use this bathroom look at the picture? Does your bathroom at the corporate office look this way? The fuel islands are so nasty you don't want to get out of truck to fuel. Trash cans are always full. This is where your loyalty stands to your wallet not your customers.

My mom and sister were at the loves truck stop. They had stopped to get drinks and snacks. Well when she noticed that one of the employees were giving away free drinks. Not scanning, or putting it into the computer but just putting it into a bag and giving it to the customer. I know this is illegal and against workers policy. I feel like he stole from the store and should be terminated immediately.

My husband and I work on the road 5-7 days a week and have always stopped at the Loves at the Port of Tacoma. We stopped Wednesday August 12th after being away for a few weeks and was told we could not pay for and use the showers unless we held a CDL. We were told this is because of vandalism being done at this site (not by us) I am outraged by this! There has got to be a better way to keep the vandals out then to discriminate against those without a CDL.

I ben a truly dedicated loves customer for years and establish diamond status. after changing a new card with customer service I was bumped down to gold status. This is [censored] cause I fuel 3 times a week and still at gold status. Thanks for looking out for the dedicated drivers that do business with you. The customer support is worthless. They just kept repeating everything is digital now and I would have to download the app to my phone. They simply could just look up my history. Pathetic.

My name is Rita and I was in the restaurant sitting down and was just looking around and watching t.v. and eating and I noticed
Mrs shavonda getting laughed at by I believe Mrs.Barbara and Mrs. Nicole because Mrs. Barbara ask a gentleman what he was waiting on and he said he was waiting on wedges made fresh.
I thought it was mean and unprofessional.
Mrs Shavanda was very respectful and assured the customer and customers she is getting done.

Yes, I would like to file a complaint I went in to a interview at Loves truck stop in ocala. The lady whom interviewed me her name was sharon and I felt she was displaying racism towards me. One of the managers told me to take a seat I took a seat in front of her while she was in another interview with a lady the same color talked she talked to her very positive and happily and hired her on the spot. She then came up to me and said what is your name and acted like I wasnt suppose to be there for a interview? She said I have to check the computer she came back and said I never had a interview but I have the screen shots on my phone and while she was interviewing was very rude and kept shaking her head and huffing and puffing holding her head saying why did you leave lowes to gander she kept shaking her head asking why why why and had nothing to interview about loves she judged me the whole time she was also with someone else Katie and they both treated me very different then the person who interviewed before me I was very uncomfortable in that interview I never in my life have had such a unpleasant interview and then I told her I was interested in overnight because I wanted to keep my daytime job at gander she kept shaking her head and saying this will never work I couldnt believe how uncomfortable she made me feel. I believe I did not get the job because she didnt like my color she was very judgmental I have worked in retail for 3 and half years and if been to many interviews and have never had a experience like this I am truly upset. In the middle of the interview i almost didnt even want to finish the interview an i was really interested in working here. I had a interview for circle k today and they were very nice and friendly didnt ask why I left my past jobs and make me feel like I made a horrible decision going to gander? The lady that interviewed me at lowes didmt care about my qualifications at all and when I got up she rolled her eyes at me an puffed and I felt them laugh as I was walking out?
