LongHorn Steakhouse review: 2 outlaw ribeyes and hamburger

Arrived at Longhorn Steakhouse with a party of 4 @ 2:30 on Sunday afternoon . Waitress was very pleasant and took our order.
The salad, appetizer and drinks were good. The salmon was good, as well.
The 2 outlaw steaks and hamburger we ordered were all overcooked. The medium steak arrived well done and the medium well steak and hamburger arrived charred beyond recognition. The waitress agreed the steak was disgusting. We sent the food back. The medium steak was replaced almost immediately because we were informed the kitchen staff recognized the medium steak was over cooked and put on a replacement steak before it was served. Since it was known the steak was over cooked, why serve it? We asked to see the manager.

General Manager ‘Ed' arrived, would not provide his last name and was arrogant and rude. He asked ‘What do you want?' When we described the problem with the steak and burger he asked what we wanted him to do about it. We told him we wanted the food we requested at the proper temperature. He stormed off. The replacement Hamburg arrived 30 minutes later and was lukewarm and hard. It was sent back. The replacement steak arrived 10 minutes after that and was lukewarm. Normally for this kind of problem, the manager would deliver the food personally, but not here. The only time we saw the manager was when we asked for him, and when he appeared, he was extremely rude and overbearing. By this time we had been at the restaurant for 2 1/2 hours and everyone else had been served.

We asked the waitress to see the manager again. We told him we had been waiting 40 minutes for the replacement steak and it was luke warm. He said the steak was remade and sent to another table by mistake, so it had to be remade, again. We asked why we weren't notified and he said he was just told. A service oriented manager would have been on top of the replacement meals. He said ‘Do you want it?' When we said no, he grabbed the plate and stormed off, without a word of apology. We were presented with the bill, which we paid in full.
The managers name was listed at the bottom of the bill. His name is Ed Esteril, Managing Partner.

This is the second time we have encountered such unprofessionalism and rudeness from management at this establishment. We will not be back.
