LongHorn Steakhouse review: Service and cleanliness

I went to the long horn on city ave and first problem we could not get seated so we went to the bar area...tables were dirty where we sat the old food and drinks where still there and no one came to ask about taking a order or to even clean the table...It was supposed to be an anniversary dinner that was so bad we didn't even eat there...We had to go across the street to Friday's even though we really wanted Long horn...My name is Kevin I can be reached at [protected] if there is anything you can do?
