LongHorn Steakhouse review: service and product

I have lived in wh my whole life and I can't let this go. I went this evening to wh branch and I ordered the salad wedge. It did not have any kind of sweet Asian style dressing and there was too much blue cheese. It was awful. Then I ask for a bowl of chili and no crackers or anything was given to me. I was not happy because the manager did not even come over there and say anything at all. Not good customer service. Also my husband got the renegade steak and it was so thin u could almost see through the meat. I am really glad that I didn't have anybody from out of town with me because I would have been completely embarrassed. Managers need to acknowledge people when things don go right. Total disaster.
