LG Electronics review: lg top load washer model wt6105cw

I purchased this washer on june 30, 2023 from lowe's in peoria, il. the washer does not agitate nor spin out the water fully. the washer will fill with water, tub will turn every now and then. then, the water will partially spin out leaving the clothes extremely wet. i have to do a spin only in order for most of the water to be removed. clothing is still wet. i did a chat with a "tess" and got no where so i made a call and was on the phone with this man for over 50 minutes and got nowhere! he just couldn't get it through his head that this machine needs service - it won't agitate nor spin out. he continually told me that the machine wasn't faulty. at the end of the call he told me to contact lowe's. this machine is under warranty and i can't get service. this communiation with your customer service was on december 4, 2023. i did a load while he was on the phone with me and i described everything that was happening while the load ran. i did a spin only and told him everything that was happening and was told there was nothing wrong with the washer. i contacted lowes and was told the washer was under manufacture warranty and lg should honor that. so, if i have to hire someone to come into to look at the washer and find it is defective i am out that money plus what i paid for the washer. getting an lg repair person to come to look at it is impossible.
