I bought stuff (needle and stuff) from LP Tunes in December. They emailed me and said the needle was out of stock. I asked what else they suggested. They told me and I paid more money for the better one on December 31st. I've emailed them a lot since then and they haven't replied. They were fast to talk to me before I paid more money for the better needle. Now they're not saying anything. They basically took my money. I'm going to fight it with my credit card company. The phone number on this ComplaintsBoard.com site isn't theirs or the person who answers is lying. It's January 26 today.

I got a stylus from LP Tunes for $128, but they sent me the wrong one (a $99 one). Their communication is terrible and I don't think I'll get my refund anytime soon. I had to pay $4.65 to send it back to them. The transaction number is *** from 02/17/22 and the tracking number is ***. I just want my money back. I looked into LP Tunes and it seems like this happens a lot, so I might have to complain to get my refund.

I'm pretty bummed out about LP Tunes. I ordered a pitch belt for my Dual 601 turntable on Jan 2, 2021, and they sent me the wrong thing. I've been trying to get in touch with them since Jan 11, 2021, but they haven't replied to any of my emails or messages on social media. It's been over a month now, and I still haven't heard anything. I even got a tracking number for the package they sent me, but it was the wrong item. I don't know what the rubber belt they sent me is even for. I paid $22.98 for the pitch belt I ordered, but I haven't been able to get a refund or exchange because LP Tunes won't respond to me. It's frustrating, especially since they blamed COVID for their slow response time. I hope they can get their act together soon.

LPTunes ain't keeping their word on returns - no reply. I bought a *** stylus from LPTunes online on 11/23 (Sale #XXXXXX) for $59.95, but I should've got a *** instead. So, I sent them an email on 12/12 asking for an exchange for the right stylus, which was within their return policy window. 'Rome' and 'Carrie' replied to my email on 12/15 asking if I had the original box and the order number. I replied the same day (12/15) saying that I had the original unopened box and sent them the sale number and a picture of my invoice. They told me to write 'RTS' on the box and drop it off with the postal service, or they'd send me a prepaid shipping label. On 12/18, I asked them what address to send it back to and for the shipping label, but they didn't reply. I've sent them SEVEN more emails since then, but they haven't replied to any of them! I even tried contacting them on their *** page twice, but no response. I sent the stylus back by writing 'RTS' on the box and dropping it off with the postal service, but still no response from them!
