Four service calls to address ice build up inside the refrigerator temperature control unit and fan failure. This is due to an inherent problem with their seal inside the control unit. This was finally explained to me by the LG service tech on his 4th service call. Contacted the 'Presidential Services' department and he said he would look into this. That was last week and still no follow-up call...
