LBC Express review: there is still a text regarding update on my parcel that was sent back in internal mail branch

I was out of town from the day the seller send the parcel.so the only time i had was when i got back thats january 10 2020 but that is also the day my parcel was sent back in the internal mail branch. Your employee already requested the return of my parcel the same day but as of now i still didnt receive any text and ive also checked my tracking number online and it is still in the internal mail branch
