Subject: Urgent: Delay and Confusion Regarding My Order (Order Date: December 2024)
Dear FragranceX Customer Service,
I am writing to express my concern about the prolonged delay and confusing status updates for my recent order. The tracking details provided by Janio indicate an extended transit time and an unclear status update, which I have summarized below:
12/6/2024 5:00 PM: "We have received the order details, but not the parcel."
12/17/2024 4:58 AM: "The parcel is currently being processed at a warehouse in Singapore."
12/20/2024 1:05 AM: "Your order is scheduled for a flight from Singapore to Manila."
12/23/2024: Multiple updates indicate arrival and processing at warehouses in Paranaque, Metro Manila, Philippines.
12/26/2024 7:09 PM: "The parcel is on its way to the next facility" but marked as at the "SCS Returns Central Hub."
It is now January 1, 2025, and I still have not received my order. I am particularly concerned about the mention of "SCS Returns Central Hub," as it suggests the parcel may be returned or stuck in transit.
