XDP UK No apparent drop off depot anywhere.

I have to return a dressing table to an eBay seller who asked that I drop it off at my local XDP depot in Oxford UK. I've looked on the XDP website but no information whatsoever, sent an email to them but no reply. I called the telephone number which is for current deliveries. I scoured Google but found no contact details anywhere except on this website which I've already used.

Desired outcome: To get this object out of my hallway.

XDP UK Delivery

The tracking information provided says my item has been delivered. This is not true. There is someone at the property. XDP did not ring the buzzer. We have checked outside and there is no parcel. It is impossible to get in touch with XDP. This was an expensive item! They should have got a signature. They should not have left the item outside!

How can XDP just say it is delivered with no evidence!

Claimed loss: £79.16

XDP UK ZDBZVC022997

Hi, I ordered a desk and salon bed from living and home on the 27th November, on there website when I ordered it said 3/7 days for delivery, that was one of the reasons I ordered from them because I needed them for my new salon which opens on Wednesday 13th December. When I tracked with the company it said that the courier was yourselves and you got the furniture on the 29th November, I’m tracking it daily and have emailed the company several times for a delivery date, I would appreciate it if you could let me know the date I’m going to be receiving these goods please

XDP UK Driver abusive behaviour, reported to police

Hello,

I am writing to inform you that one of your drivers with the plate number BK70 UDN was abusive towards me and a team member this morning. We had to call the police, and the reference number is 3038164/23. Due to this incident, the driver is not allowed to enter London Sq Bermondsey - 1 Tannery SE1 5WS estate again.

The driver was delivering packages to 37, 1 Tannery Way, SE1 5WS, which is part of the estate I manage. He dropped the packages several times, and when I tried to take a photo of the address on the package, he became aggressive and abusive towards me and my staff. I am concerned about his behaviour, and I advise you to think about why you have him on your team. It could turn out terrible one day when he attacks clients or other people.

XDP UK Delivery bed

Hi i want to make a complain about your delivery driver who left the item on ground floor and live in 4 floor i am a old man over weight 137kg and my wife is over weight also i live with my pensioner mom. i broke my back lifting the item and I'm a regular customer for Ebay. I find your service very poor. And the item came damage.

No pictures was taken i made comment before no action was taken.

XDP UK Delivery

My parcel says it has been delivered and the delivery guy has taken a picture outside my house but nothing has been delivered

The number on the order is (consignment) is 3J550V000774

Can you please check on the process of this and if it will be delivered or what has happened to it?

He said he would return later on as he couldn’t find the parcel in the van and thought it was at the back but the fact he’s said it’s been delivered is worrying.

Help me please

XDP UK Order not received. Order resent by supplier also not received.

Order placed with Wickes on Sept 6th. After two weeks if chasing supplier, half of the order was received on Sept 19th. Chased with Wickes again, order resent - order no.[protected], assignment no 21296AA70446. Assured that order would be received on 22nd September, between 7am and 7pm. Both Wickes and XDP email via tracker confirmed order was out for delivery. Not delivered. No way to get hold of XDP Exeter, no communication from XDP to explain delays or missing order. The worst customer experience I have ever had.

Desired outcome: I would like my order to be delivered as soon as possible. I would like an explanation for half of the original missing order, and an apology for the delay.

XDP UK driver reversed into my van

Your delivery driver reversed his van into the back of my van loosening the bumper and leaving black marks on the paintwork which cannot be removed! Please could you advise about this incident as I am not happy!

The marks go all the way across the back of my van.

I was having an electric bike delivered to 8 Hall Villas Great Bardfield Essex CM7 4RY.

I haven't been able to react sooner as my computer was down and I also had a family crises. I am very disappointed with the delivery and getting my van damaged, it's not good enough!

I would like to make a formal complaint about the treatment I am receiving from your company.

On 4th August 2023 I ordered a shed from eBay, at a cost of £279.99. The seller advised it had been delivered on 10th August but we never received it.

I had been keeping an eye on the tracking and it was saying ‘In Transit’ until I filed a has not arrived case with ebay when the tracking was suddenly updated to ‘Delivered’ however the item never arrived. The seller had also been informed it had been delivered.

As you are still maintaining the parcel was delivered to my address I would request that you provide proof of delivery withing the next 5 days. If you cannot provide proof of delivery I require written confirmation of this.

Desired outcome: I would like a full refund for the cost of the lost item

XDP UK Order not being delivered

I made a purchase with a company called La Redoute on 11/06/2023 one item being a bed which was meant to be delivered by XDP. La Redoute sent me an email to say my order had been dispatched and provided me with a consignment/tracking number ZDBBTF008756.

When I tracked the item it said that XDP has had the item since 05/07/2023 preparing it for delivery. I have emailed XDP three times and received no response. I have tried to live chat with them and had no response. I have also been in contact with La Redoute for them to chase it up there end but as of yet I haven’t had an update.

Desired outcome: I want my item to be delivered and promptly, I don’t understand why they still have hold of it.

XDP UK Returns pick up

Pick up consignment number ZDBVFA076786 was due to be picked up from G71 7DP for return to M12 5BB. The uplift was arranged for Friday 21st July 2023. I received an email from XDP on Thursday 20th July informing me that the items would in fact be uplifted on the date given. I waited in all day but the there was no call made. Please make enquiry into why this uplift was not carried out.

Desired outcome: Contact me with a collection date that will be carried out.

XDP UK None delivery

I bought a sofa bed from the range told it would be delivered on the 28th june 2023 isaw the tracking and said it had been delivered but not to my address i do'nt how shully they would have sat nav ive tried always to get in touch with yous and i do not get replys from the day it should be delivered on i never got any word from yous i like to get my MONEY back please i got rid of my sofa on the 26th june so i am sitting on a garden chair or on my bed and both uncomfortable i am nearly 77 and i have health issues i got in touch with the range shop and told it is not there problem as it is with yous but said they would get in touch with head office i got 2 emails from them for information and told not to get in touch with as it take longer but i sent them an email to ask what was happening and have not heard any more i need a sofa so if i cancel it i can get my money soi can get another one

XDP UK none delivery of sofa bed

hi i want to know about where my sofa is its been delivered but not to me the delivery date was the 28th june at 5.10pm ive tried a few times to get in touch but unable to been in touch with the range they said they would get in touch with yous that they then get in touch with me that was the 5th july ive been in touch to see whats happening but no messages im on my pension and ive had to save up for that and im 77 years old and have bad health the week you were to deliver it my two sons disposed with my old sofa as i would have no room so im having to st on garden chair or on my bed which is not comfortable i feel as though im been fobbed off and it is getting down the consimment is

XDP UK Still awaiting for delivery

Order garden furniture from the range who promised and made me pay extra on delivery to ensure I had within 3 days it’s now been 10 days and still awaiting for my order states it’s at the depo I speak to the range and they claim it’s because they are short staffed I’m sorry I don’t care if your going to be a courier service get your staffing right your clearing making x amount of money from it! The company is shocking and people need to avoid using this company it’s appalling they have no contact details you go on live chat they cut you off I’m very angry that I’ve still not received my order don’t state 3 days and make us pay £20.00 extra for priority when it’s clearly not a priority get my parcel in your van and get it delivered it’s not hard or rocket science

XDP UK I want my package to be delivered.

Hello. I have ordered by HimiwayBike an electric bike.

I have been waiting for 13 days and tha package is out for delivery from 5 days. So, now how can I deal with your company?

You still says will be deliverd and I'm still waiting home every day for the package but no information at all.

Can I report to police or what you going to do?

I try to reach them with e-mail or number against no information.

How to deal with your terrible customer service qe ju qifsha ropt?

Desired outcome: I would like an information about my package and I want to be delivered or I will find another way to deal with your company. It is terrible cusomer service ever....

XDP UK Delivery of item bought on Amazon

The seller dispatched the item on the 16th May. Since 18th May it is sitting somewhere i an XDP depot. I tried to call customer service onthe 22nd May but they won't give information to me as I m thebuyer not the seller.

The seller apparently also contacted customer servicea dthey promised deliveryonthe 26th May. Today is 1st Juneand no news on the delivery

How can I chase the item?

XDP UK Xdp delivery

I was due to recieve 3 items delivered by xdp on friday 12th, i received a text saying delivery would be between 7am to 5pm , so i had to stay at home, no one turned up, i didnt receive a update, i contacted wicks saturday who confirmed it hadnt been delivered, im very annoyed as id arranged a joiner, difficult to get in amble, to assemble over the weekend. XDP UK Charges

Hello

We had to complete a new application to change the company name, agree the new contract, which was signed
[edited] thought that it was just to change the Company details but we have realised since that the charges have also been changed [edited]
[edited] advise that as we had signed the new contract it was our responsibility.
[edited] agreed the contract not realizing that the charges had been changed because of that level of trust [edited] has, since the emails, revised some charges but not all I [edited] had noticed [edited] invoices were received that there was quite a difference to the charges previously

I would like it to be noted at no point did anyone mention any change to our charges. This was supposed to be a name change only
I emailed [edited] to ask if we could get the charges back dated to the date [edited]
[edited] is refusing, stating there is nothing she can do, she emailed me [edited] to say that she would speak to accounts and get back to me the following week
I have heard nothing since
I have [edited] repeatedly asked that when credits are raised why the Surcharge is not refunded also, you are the only Company that does not do this. I have not ever had a proper response to this

Desired outcome: Revert the charges to what they were before the new contract was signed and refund the additional from 16.12.22Advise why the surcharge is not being refunded and why the percentage changes without notification

XDP UK B&M delivery issue from XDP 1F382A15470

Today my parcels was delivered when my wife was at home. I want to specify that my wife is pregnant (36weeks), the driver told to my wife that he cannot bring the parcels to our flat (2nd floor), and my wife asked him to bring this up on our floor on the corridor, the driver agree. He left the parcels on ground floor, and he came to my wife on 2nd floor to sign for delivery. My wife refused to sign because the parcels wasn't on our door. I want to specify that 'cause we paid for delivery 7.95£. My wife went on ground-floor with the driver to check the parcels. She told him again she is pregnant and he cannot leave the parcels down next to exit door, due to security door because anyone can come and pick them up. He took picture to my wife with parcels, her face was in the picture and she asked him to delete that picture because this is confidential, and illegal. He said is not deleting any picture and because my wife refuse to sign he kept that picture for their sistem in front of her signiture, my wife was telling him not to leave until he delete that picture and take another one without her face. He didn't listen and he left. I will specify again that my wife didn't sign for delivery. I took the parcels up to our flat at 5pm when I came back from work and my wife check all day up and down on the stairs to make sure this are not stolen.. this delivery is not acceptable when you pay for it
