LBC Express review: no service at 8:30 pm/ early cut off

I went to SM City Cauayan LBC Branch last night January 3, 2020 around 8:20pm to send a parcel. The store is supposed to close at 9pm so I supposed I may still send the parcel. But the staff said that it's already cut off time and that he will not accept any transactions. The problem is the store should close at 9pm which means he is always going home early. I go there every time and if he is not the staff, they will accept my parcel even at 8:45pm.
