I was expecting a package i bought online. April 30 2018, i received a confirmation text n for delivery n that day. Walang dumating.

I called ur number 858 5999 on May 1, 2018 12:41pm (call agent Anne) follow up dw nya.

May 3, 2018 9:43am (Sheryll) nalaman nmin ung problema n instead of Phase1, Phase2 ang nailagay n address.. naayos n nmin at gumawa dw cy ng report for re-sched ng delivery.

May 5, 2018 three times ako tumawag to follow up (11:04am-Gerald; 1:02pm-Jason and 3:21pm-August) and today May 7, 2018 (1:09pm-Ria) same answer: HINDI PA NA-RE-SCHEDULE FOR DELIVERY UNG PACKAGE!

Ano na? Ilang araw ang lumipas walng aksyon ung lower laguna delivery hub?
Ano ngyari sa WE LIKE TO MOVE IT motto nyo?

    Good day! Nakita ko po sa tracking report na nadeliver na po sa LBC Lower Laguna Team ang Box ko last 18 Sep. Paki-priority naman po ideliver sa San Pedro Please lang. Napaka importante lang po at inaantay na po sa bahay namin. May contact number naman po jan to locate the exact place (Address) Pakideliver na po today. Wag nyo na po sana patagalin pa or mareport kayo sa Tulfo sa sobrang bagal ng serbisyo. Maraming salamat po!

LBC lower laguna na e track q po ang padala q since sep18 2018 pa po na sa inyo na! sep 21 2018 na po tayo ng gabe bukas sep. 22 na! subrang tagal na po sa inyo un, paki deliver nmn po sa kina uukulan, subrang importante na document un! Paki priority nmn po pls pls lng, tracking number 179936971571

    Why are you making false tracking remarks? I have not left the house but your remarks said that you tried to deliver but the house is close and no one to received it.

    LBC delivery hub is incompetent and some customer agents., kapag nagcomplain ka sa customer service sinasabi ginagawan nila ng report, nakatawag ako ng dalawang beses, wala pa rin hindi pa rin nadedeliver, tumawag ulit ako, akala ko naayos na from my two previous call yun pala hindi naman talaga nagawan ng report.

    Good eve..where is my package..kindly deliver nman po...almost 1week na sabi idedeliver nung dec.5 till now wla pa..lagi nlang expect delivery within the day ako nman naghintay parang tanga..anu na ngayon dec 10 na..

    wala parin ung package ko. Jan.19 pa nandyan sa lower laguna delivery hub. ano bang nangyayari sa LBC?! sagad na sa pagka poor ang service nyo.

    Pa check nmn po ung pinadala ko need kasi un emergency. Tracking# 362013656718 or pede po ipa pickup na lang. Nasa lower laguna delivery team ung location nung pinadala ko.

    Sino po ang nag recived ng passport ko nasatrabaho ako ng araw ng delevery ninyo at di ko pa na rerecived ang passport ko pake replay at hinahanap nag follow up na ako sa DFA na recived ko na daw eh wala ako nakukuha. Please replay and contact me 09094094124

    please po pakideliver sa customer namin ang order niya bakit ganyan ang status? ni di man lang kayo nag text or tumawag kay customer, nagbabayad kami ng maayos tapos ang kukupal ng delivery nyo,

Still not be delivered my Order paki check naman po yung Trucking number na ito 362022437632. pick-up ko na lng po sa LBC puregold San Antonio, San Pedro laguna paki deliver na lang po don. eto po Mobile number ko 09663804440.     TO LBC TEAM, bakit di kayo marunong tumawag para mag inform if yung documents hndi nyo alam san dadalhin?before naman db gingawa nyo un?tama nmn yung address na nakalagay sa recipient pero bkit walang dumating?
    May 7, 2019 pa pinadala yung documents until now wala parin, based sa tracking nasa lower laguna delivery team n dw and correction yung reason n kaya di nakarating dhil unknown ung recipient sa said address nagsisinungaling kayo kasi laging may tao sa bahay... ang poor ng delivery service nyo!

    Hi Good day! ask ko lang kung kelan possible na dumating ito tracking number 312027417564 nung June 26 ko po kase naipadala since nasa Laguna lang naman po siya expected po na next day darating kaso wala pa po. Thank you :) Hoping for you fast response.

    May i know the reason why my package was not delivered yet. On Oct 12, 2019 you cannot locate the address, Fine. but i don't hear anything from you, even call or text to inform or to ask, then yesterday i was trying to call your hotline several times but no one picks up. and the last remarks on the tracking is the package is ready for claiming, why should i claim it? It should be delivered. The address i gave is very easy to find that's why i cant believe at the first place that you cant locate it. I'am very disappointed on your service.

    Hi.

    This isn't even a 'cannot locate the address' issue because my packages (yes two of them) is still pending at Lower Laguna Delivery Hub despite of the fact that I specifically opt to pick those up at an LBC Branch Vista Mall Santa Rosa and Laguna Central. If this is the case then these guys could not even locate their branch. I do not know what is wrong but the system really has to be reprimanded. You committed to have the packages delivered within 2 to 3 days and we, customers handed you our trust only to get disappointed at the end. Tried contacting customer service both in email and FB messenger but what I got was a respond from different people telling me the same information that I already know from the website.
