Lagi kung tina track ung boxes ko, always gave me an update but this week I was so hopeless di dw nila ma deliver ung boxes kc dw the reason is the recipients address is out of LBC's service area. Please get in touch our official customer care channels., samantala my 2 branches cla in Malaybalay City Bukidnon, kahit s branch nlng e forwrd ung mga boxes kmi mg pick up. Thank you

I am very frustrated and very mad about this branch! I have an email that what I just need to do is to have the remittance nbr from lazada to get my refund via cash thru lbc. I have the id's that I need in order for me to get the cash amounting into 2, 699 as well as the remittance nbr. I am so very busy with work and my parents are the one going to lbc paco they are senior citizen and it really pisses me off because its so tiring to go there! Ive went to that same branch and we are told they have system issue yesterday as well as today that is why they cant release that damn cash! You know what its not just a small amount every single penny I am earning is equivalent of my hardwork. So pls can you release the money! I would file a complaint reaching your corporate office if this wouldn't be fix today!

Nagtext ang lbc ng umaga na darating yung parcel ko. So I expected it to arrive that day. Whole day kaming nasa bahay but then nobody came. Tapos makikita ko status ng parcel ko non delivery? Seriously? Walang dumating tapos ilalagay failed delivery attempt? Anong klaseng delivery yan. Jeez. So annoying!

Ilang delivery attempt ba meron ang lbc? Right now I don't know kung ieexpect ko pa ba na madedeliver yung product o hindi. Hindi ko naman pwede icancel yung order ko. Nakakainis. Sobra

Pano pag dumating tapos ayoko nang tanggapin? Kase as in wala akong update sa kung ano nangyare. Bakit ganun yung status?

Cash on delivery at dapat dito sa sablayan occidental mindoro ang bagaah dahil yun ang nakalagay sa shipping address pero sa san jose occ mindoro dinilever tapos ngayon may payment issue? Ano ba naman yan. Ang tagal ko naghintay ng delivery at ipapang regalo ko yun. Sa manila lang naman mang gagaling yung item tapos sobrang tagal ideliver tapos mali pa ang address na pinagdalhan. Sino ba namang di mapipikon sa ganun?

May 10 last status is "next delivery attempt will be made the next business day". Still no delivery.

3 customer care employees confirmed that it will be released for delivery last week, may 9. But the warehouse guys insisted I pick the items up from the warehouse! It's not my fault they can't find my address! They should've called! That's why you asked for my contact number right!

My order from lazada with tracking # [protected] has arrived in Valencia City, Bukidnon Branch on May 11, 2018 at 9:46 am. Until today May 15, 2018, it was still not delivered into the designated address for the reason that they were still unable to unpack and register the item.

My mother attempted to pick it up from the branch last May 12, 2018 but they refused to give the item. Again, today, my mother followed up the item at the said branch but she was only advised to wait for the delivery instead.

The personnel should have catered the customer well as he is aware that the items are with them already at the branch.

I ordered a stroller from LAZADA . It was already in LBC DIGOS branch since May 5 but until today they failed to deliver it. It seems that they can't find my address. I emailed them many times but their is no response.

Goodmorning, I just want to ask po why my product is not yet delivered? I check my tracking number po in ur website and it says "Shipment issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels". Dapat po kahapon pa po yun na deliver. I saw this message when I checked the status today.

"We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient's address cannot be located. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels." - Message on 13 May 2018.

I thought you don't deliver on Sundays. Do you expect that the recipient will be in the office on a Sunday just to receive the package?! I already advised you that the destination address is an office!

And really, you want me to get in touch with you through the [censored] official customer?! I already provided the accurate address, landmark and the contact details of the recipient! Every information you could possibly need! Can't you actually work and do your part!?

That package should have arrived last week already!

You want me to get in touch, am gettin' in touch now through this email, get your [censored]' job done ASAP!

Or I will make sure that all the people that I know of will stop using your service ever!

And for [censored]'s sake, the destination is at SM Clark not in a remote jungle for your team not to find it!

May 5 I supposed to receive an order from LBC it came from lazada. I received an email that I will receive it yesterday may 12 so I stayed all day to our house the whole day. no package arrived . Sir i just want to know if my package will be delivered ive waited it sir my location PRESS M.A ROXAS LANGATIAN PUROK 2 my contact number [protected] i been trying to track my order but they said there have an issue of delivery kindly connect to your official custumer care i hope you will read this and deliver my package thank you

May 9 I supposed to receive a parcel from LBC. I received a text message that I will receive it that day so I stayed all day to my office the whole day. no package arrived that day. Till yesterday May 12 I get myself to Orani Bataan Branch and get the report that package was refused to received...

hope action should be made to that irresponsible report.

Aftership shows that my 3 boxes, tracking #11205626609, 1120626617, 1120626625,
were forwarded from Manila to Cebu on April 24th. There has been no status update since then. It has now been 18 days and counting since the last update. It does not take that long for a ship to get from Manila to Cebu. So where are my 3 boxes? And when will they be delivered to the receiver, Charlen Abalo, in City of Naga, Cebu? All I want is for LBC to do what it has been paid to do - deliver the boxes referenced above.

LBC! LBC! Common! Almost 2 months I did not receive my card. [censored] reasons! Can't locate the address! If you can't locate the address di ba pwede mag tanong tanong din? Di ba pwede komontak sakin since hindi nyo alam ang lugar? And many times na akong pinapadalhan nang kahit aning courriers. Why they can locate our address? Make some moves naman! Tried to contact pa different phone number of your branches, di ko na mabilang kung ilang beses but [censored] reasons!

I would to complain regarding the package containing 2 brand new samsung cellphones that I sent for delivery towards kabankalan city, negros occidental last may 4, 2018. The tracking number is [protected]

I witnessed the lbc personnel of sm ecoland branch checking its completeness and sealing it. She instructed me to sign the sealed tape on the packaging and that the package will arrive within 3 to 5 days. Last may 10, 2018, the receiver of the suppose package messaged me for the package still did not arrived so I visited lbc sm ecoland branch and made a follow-up regarding package. It was discovered using the online tracking feature of lbc, that the package passed cagayan on may 5, 2018 and it arrived at bacolod distribution at may 7, 2018. So there was already a clear delay.
May 11, 2018, the receiver of the package informed me that one of the 2 cellphone had a missing charger socket and also, the sealed tape with my signature was no longer present and was replaced by just a sealed tape without my signature.

In this regard, I would your company to investigate and provide a solution to this matter. I had faith that the package to be received in bacolod is complete. But unfortunately, it was tampered. I hope this incident will no longer happen to any lbc clients.

I was tracking my package as it is for branch pick up and then when I saw it on the site, it was stated there that I have already claimed it when I haven't even gone there. So is my package lost now? I paid a lot for it just to be lost.

How would you compensate it if ever the package is really lost? I trusted LBC so much. I was waiting for it patiently but then this happened.

I am the sender of the Package. My package was deliverd to a wrong address and picked up by a random person. That document is very important as I have time constraint and I need to get things done. Please forward to whom it may concern. I dont have much free time to do this coz im working so please do all the necessary things to retrieve my package.

please naman paki ayus delivery nyo. wala naman talaga nag deliver sa bahay tapos ayan ang sasabihin. nakaka init ng ulo. bakit ganyan. pangalawang item ko na ito ganyan din yung sinabi sa na una kung item at malamang yung isa ganyan din ang sasabihin. nakaka walang gana na tuloy mag padala sa inyo. paki ayus naman.

Isa pang scenario pumunta si lbc hub emplo sabi ni customer balik after 2 days dahil wla sha anong ginawa nitong hub emplo nireport nya refuse, madaming rason hub empo niyo meron pang pen no payment pero di nila napuntahn meron din ssabihin nila wala adres incomplete bakit d nila twagan ang customer saan exact loc puntahan nila kung malapit, paki actionan ito para di na makarating sa media

'Nung may 30 hawak ko na dineliver ko pero walang tao' the following day nung nalaman nya na nag rereklamo na kami. Ang sabi na nya 'gabi na kasi kaya hindi ko na naideliver ngayon hindi kona alam kung nasaan na' silly reasons. Pls help me to find my item. Thankyou
