I think lbc delivery team just sends reports that they delivered the shipment and encountered issues (even if they did not). I was expecting my shipment to arrive yesterday. I even received a text message from the lbc delivery person who said they will be shipping the item within the day. I sent a text message towards the afternoon to check if they still will be able to deliver the item within the day but got no response. To make a long story short, no one came by to deliver the item. When I called lbc today, they were able to confirm they had the correct address but said the item is with returns and that there's nothing they can do about it. They asked me to contact the shipper (lazada) who said they won't be able to re-deliver the item and that I would need to send another request. I had to wait 2 weeks for the item and now, will have to wait another 2 weeks.. All thanks to lbc (pun intended)

When I received my box just today, I felt something is wrong because Iam the one who packed the box and I know that the box was full inside and upon receiving, there was a huge space inside the box. I bought chocolates, skittles, pillows and I dont know the rest that i believed to be stolen from my box. There are items that I dont know what else they have taken because I only wrote the big and important ones.

mula nung ng order ako from lazada everyday ko po chenecheck ung item sa lbc tracker niyo.kasi badly needed ko po ung item.but kahapon sabi sa update dineliver daw pero wala ako dito sa bahay which is not true..nandito ako maghapon kahapon dahil hinihintay kupo ung item ko..please paki deliver po ulit agad..ung tracking number is [protected] .to bangar la union po.

On April 14, 2018, Mr. Edsel Delgado sent the goods at around 8:45 am from an LBC branch in South Cotabato. There was a stipulation in the receipt that the pick up date is April 16, 2018. Donna Delgado, to whom the goods were sent, went to the pick up point and was disappointed to know that the goods weren't there. To add more to the damages, the LBC personnels told her "Kay ma'am ginabutang lang na nila ang date, pero di pa na siya mag-abot" (They just indicate the pick up date in the receipt but the goods won't be picked up on the date stipulated). Which is why we wonder why because we've been using the services of LBC for so long and only in times when there were typhoons or signal warnings that the delivery of our goods were delayed. We would like to ask for assistance because the gown (object sent) will be used tomorrow and we want an immediate action from LBC regarding this matter. Thank you.

As a regular customer, I would like to make a complain regarding the delivery man designated to lazada items in LBC express Sara branch.. My shipping address is just beside the branch itself which is an office address specifically the Sara Rural Health Unit.. The parcel/package has already arrived days ago I believe some arrived last april 13.. It is already April 16 now, I haven't received the said items.. I am not obliged to visit the branch because I believed my items is for delivery and not for pick up.. the tracking numbers are [protected]. [protected]. [protected]. Your mailman is insisting that seems like blaiming the customer which in fact you guys didnt not contact me in the first place and didnot put my phone# on my order i've just received today. I order my merchandise with my complete info. I dont like your services and the way you handle merchandises ordered my your customers that is the reason why lots of complaints for mishandled and careless delivery of our orders.

I was instructed to return at 10am dahil wala pa daw pera ang branch. When I returned at 11am naka upo lang ang teller at sinabing OFFLINE daw at lumipat na lang ako sa iba. from 8am to 11am offline? imbes na sabihing balikan ulit pinagtatabuyan ako sa iba? company policy ba ito?

Sent parcel through LBC Yacapin branch, Cagayan de Oro to Cebu last April 4, 2018, wednesday morning with assurance that it will be delivered on following day. Consignee informed me late Friday evening that parcel was not delivered. On ff day, tried to call landline #8565305 but no answer so i went to visit the branch. The response was that it was delivered at 6pm friday but decline by guard for reason, "had moved out". .. it was big lie because the guard in the first place was informed of incoming delivery. Customer asso of the branch even asked me twice if my daughter/consignee still live there.!? Anw he emailed Cebu to deliver the mail on monday. I asked for the tracking# and contact # of Cebu. Last night my daughter called again, no receipt of parcel. The guard said that LBC delivered a pouchbthat day but none for her. Today, i tried to trace it at your tracking system but failed/no result. Tried to call the landline and cp# but no answer. Now marked the 6th day... should i wait for more days? What a poor service!

Nagpadala po ako ng produkto kong perfume sa LBC San Miguel, Bulacan branch April 6, 2018. Laman po is perfume worth 5000php. I declared the amount. I followed your instruction na dapat naka bubblewarrao and it has to be put in the hard plastic container. They even check it okay naman lahat they accept it and then pagdating sa custimer ko may basag na bote, liquid scattered all over the container, sticker of all the perfume nasira even waterproof stickers na sya napasukan kc oil based perfume ginagawa ko. Nakakasama ng loob lang kasi i trust LBC anywhere and everytime na papaship ako i choose LBC khit na mas mura kay JRS. Pero bakit naman ganun nangyare. I feel very dissapointed and i feel more even disappointed nung nagfile ako complain sa agent na nakaduty today where he didnt even apologized for what happen. What for is your mission and vision. And he has the guts para sabihin pa sakin na "ganun talaga mam pag liquid at babasagin" plus i told him merin naman nakalagay na fragile sticker pero take note he replied "wala naman pong silbe fragile sticke na un" . So what is the purpose of fragile sticke pang display lang po ba. You know what i sacrificed the time that need to be spent taking care of my 2 young babies just to make that perfume. Nagpapakapuyat ako and the pagod para don. My goodness LBC why your staff like that. Anf i even ask the personnel on duty whom i can talk na mataas sknila nand he replied sarcastically na "si araneta po". My goodness siguro naman u have branch manager. What a waste di nyi napapansin unti unti kayo masisira because of the unprofessuonal and careless staff ninyo. Please help me regarding this matter. I talk with them professio ally and mahinahon but the way they treat your cuatimer is a big no no for the business..

Cargo kb small, for sanga sanga, bongao tawi tawi from manila. Containing perishable items. It was assured to me by ms joan antonio of LBC villamor br that it will reach tawi tawi on 06 -07 april 18. But upon checking today it doesnt reach the destination. However, i called your customer care hotline and explained to me that the cause of delay is because the area is (islander). Ms joan antonio did not explained that to me. And now i would like to have a refund of my declared value. - this mr. Eric Cuajunco of 12-29st Villamor Pasay City. My cp nr is [protected]. Your men are not delivering the package to our address then they are updating the delivery status to consignee not available or failed delivery. No one called or text that a package will be delivered. Your lazy men should be fired. Package was an ordered item from shoppee (online shopping app). This have happened multiple times and on most customer who opt in fo lbc delivery. Please take action and escalation to delivery servives for cebu city, phillippines branches

Hi. I ordered 4 items from lazada and it arrived separately. But the main problem is, your track and trace is not updated everytime I check my orders. And this happened, my order arrived april 3, 2018 but when I checked through your track and trace its still not available for viewing. Lazada emailed me 3 days earlier and gave me the tracking no. I waited for 3 days but still no update of the product. Then I checked it on april 5, it says that my order arrived last april 3, but I dont know if its lbc's policy lazada, to return the orders if not taken after 3 days. So who's fault is that? Lbc texted me that my order arrived april 4, but I cant reply to that number because it auto generated. And also that day (april 4) lbc masbate warehouse branch returned already my order. So which one should I follow? Because their employee doesnt follow the information given in your track and trace. Our place is not reachable by lbc so we neex to travel to get our orders. Its so hassle, dont you think? I ordered 4 items from lazada, and the 3 orders came. But when I was on the lbc masbate warehouse, they gave me 2 items only. So I asked them, if the other isnt there yet cause when I tracked it, it already arrived in masbate. So they track the no. Only to find out that my order is arleady there. My 3 orders. What if I didnt ask? They will going to return my order back to the supplier again? My god! What a service. And their employees are not proffesional. He told me that I should download the app so that I can trace my order without delay. How about the number that we gave them to contact us when our order arrived? Same thing happened to my friend. This is a complaint to masbate lbc warehouse branch.

I never realize this aliaga is far place from my receipient place. now the parcel was not able to delivery to my receiptient, where is my package? what wrong happen on this address?
after checking the tracking bill... it is cabanatuan city? how come go there?

Lbc texted me earlier that there will be a delivery within the day. That is the product that i ordered on shopee which is the sports cam worth 472 pesos. After we received the text, we immediately prepared our payment. Exact payment to be specific. But upto until now, there was no lbc showed up. Until i tracked my parcel through online and then i saw that lbc cannot locate our location. I became shocked because how many times people tried to deliver in our house using the same address but they never had any complications. This made me sad and mad at the same time. We're still waiting for our sports cam to come. Thank you. We hope for your response. God bless.

I ordered nutribullet at shop japan last March 22, 2018. The item was shipped last March 23, 2018. But until today i did not received my item. I emailed shop japan and they replied my item is in this courier (LBC) . They asked my order # to track my order and it was shown that the delivery person assigned tried to deliver my item and they marked "recipient is unknown at the given address" . I did not receive a call nor a text from the lbc, but how come they said they tried to deliver my item? I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I just hope the delivery person is not lazy because i heard some employees from lbc are lazy.

This is to follow up again the items sent from Manila last March 27, 2018 and according to the tracking data that said items with tracking number [protected] was already in LBC Calbayog City hub on same date March 27, 2018 at around 10pm but until now it's already April 2, 2018 the items are not yet delivered. Kindly respond and give immediate action on this delayed delivery. This caused so much inconvenience.

This document was shipped last February 21, 2018 and arrived at metro manila February 22, 2018. Also at the same date it was also forwarded and arrived at BAGONG SILANG DELIVERY HUB. Right until now the document is still their and there's no more update to it. One month has passed but still it's not yet delivered! The papers inside their is indeed needed for us to process the papers of my aunt! Can you Please check it again and deliver it ASAP! This is just too much of you that a month has already passed but still not yet delivered, please fix your delivering process! I also have shipped item during that day but that item was already received the day after shipping but then my another document for aunt was not yet delivered! I want an action on it! And it should be delivered asap!

The agent picked up the boxes Feb.10, took out the payment from our checking accnt. February 13, 2018... we can't track the boxes for a month. We texted the agent and said he will follow up. But iy is almost 45 days now since picked up/took payment out our packages is still in Chicago. Can you please investigate. He is a new agent, the last time we don't have a problem like this... The LBC package was received in Makati Ave LBC on 26 March 2018 but till his time we did not receive any package nor a call from your delivery man, we visited this morning your office in San Isdro Nueva Ecija they told us there is already with delivery man we got the cp # of your delivery man but we call and text but he is not replying in our call nor our txt messages. here is his cp# [protected].

Your employee is so rude. I have already given everything to her yet she did not even dare to do her work immediately.

I went to LBC Vigan to encash. I already filled up the form required. Place it infront of the employee. But she was busy eating, chatting and flirting with a good looking male customer. She was doing nothing that moment, so I guess I should have an immediate transaction from her. But I waited for a few minutes before she got my forms and begin the transactions. She even raised her eyebrows and spoke so grumpy that it shocked me. She should be customer oriented, pleasant and nice to every customer even how tired she is that day. I don't deserve this kind of treatment. Please do anything to her for what she did.
