On January 2 my friend Mr. Melo Del Prado sent a parcel to be delivered at Santos Compound, Naga Road, Pulang Lupa 1, Las Pinas. Up to now we haven't received the package and it's already Jannuary 15. It is because of the mediocrity and the LBC employees' in the said branches and their lack of concern for the time and trust of the customers. LBC brags that it will just take a day to deliver but this one is clear manifestation of LBC poor quality of service as a very simple example. I am very disappointed and if in the next few days they would still fail to deliver the said item...I will discuss this matter to other people to warn them and suggest other reliable delivery service companies. They say that the address was wrong and nobody was to receive the package when their delivery boy went to our house. All these were lies. The truth is bobo lang talaga ang karamihan ng mga tao sa LBC na humandle noon at habang natatagalan ang dating sa amin ng package lalong bumababa ang tingin ko sa LBC.
