LBC Express review: i'm complaining about you staff guy who is on duty last september 06,2019 around 1700h

September 5, 2019 around 1600H I inquired in LBC Shaw mall Mandaluyong city if I can drop the item I order from lazada. I Informed two of your staff about the item it was a 55 inches TV they told me they will accept it. September 06, 2019 around 1700H I bring the TV the same guy from yesterday assist me and then he told they can't accept the item because it's too big. I told his the one who told me that I can bring that item because they will accept it. It's not easy to bring the TV because of the size of it. He didn't even understand my point that I inquired first before bringing the item to them. His so unprofessional and he did even apologized to the hassle he cause me. Hopefully LBC trained your employees so this won't happen again.
