BDO texted me about my credit card being delivered and also they provided me with a tracking number of [protected], the item should be delivered to me last Dec 11, 2019. I just checked your tracking website, only to find out that it was arrived at SCS Returns? How? No one texted me from lbc about the delivery last Dec. 11! and then you just decided to return it to your headquarters instead? What kind of service is this? Don't tell me that you cannot locate my address? please do something about this! I need my credit card asap! Contact me through my number! Please give me a call or just a message.
