We write to formally lodge a complaint regarding a Balikbayan box shipment sent through your company, which was received in poor condition and with missing contents, causing material loss and inconvenience to the consignee.
Upon receipt, ON January 29, 2025, the Balikbayan box was immediately found to be in poor condition, showing clear signs of mishandling. A subsequent inspection revealed that several items originally packed and shipped were missing and/or incomplete. In particular, only forty-four (44) pieces of Bath & Body Works colognes were received out of the declared one hundred (100) pieces, resulting in a shortage of fifty-six (56) pieces.
Moreover, the box itself was visibly damaged, and the clothes inside were torn, clearly indicating that the package had been tampered with (pagkakalkal ng box). Attached hereto are photographs showing the condition of the package at the time it was received
