LBC Express review: Customer service

They are moving so slow even if there isn't so many customers. They are wasting time for a reason that we can't understand. They are not even saying anything as if they don't mind that we are already waiting for more than an hour. Hope you can do something about this as this isn't the first time that it happened in the same brance. They don't seem friendly and attentive as well.
