LBC Express review: courier / package service

Hi, my wife sent a set documents addressed to mitsubishi pasay peak diamonds dealer in pasay city.
It was accepted on feb. 11 at gaisano lbc branch, iligan city, arrived at metro manila area on feb. 12, forwarded at pasay delivery exchange on feb. 13.
Until this time 5:47 pm, feb. 13, the document remained to be undelivered! (see attached photos). The said documents are very vital for my transaction in mitsubishi today. Is this what you call an express service?
The delivery is in pasay city, and the consignee is an establishment right in the heart of pasay city.
Please explain what went wrong.
