The staff was very inconsiderate. Staffs did not inform new customers like me that a note should atleast be written in the form to indicate the delivery mode that I want to be processed. I stated at the very beginning that the service that I need was cash on pick up. So one staff handed me a sticker form and let me fill out informations. The staff never mentioned to indicate a small note like (cop) at the side. So what i did was to simply wrote the asked infos from the form like fullname, contact number etc. After 2hrs of waiting because of the long lines and pending. I decided to leave my niece at the branch and wait for it to be processed. I needed to leave bc I also need to do some groceries upstairs and 2hrs of waiting was a waste of time already. Then everything was settled the statff processed it on my niece's presence. Until we went home that I realized that the staff processed a regular shipping instead of cop. So what we did was to book a grab on the way to the branch so it can be fixed as soon as it can before the store closes. As we went to the store and explain everything to the staff, he actually blamed me instead of apologizing. What he did was to void the process from the system and did not even fixed it before we go. He even suggested me to just come back the next day to reprocess it. Knowing that I went all the way from home and took a grab taxi just to make it on time before the store closes. He actually voided it successfully from the store's system that current time then why not reprocess it at the same time since I already made an effort to got back to store? It was the staff's fault because he did not guide appropriately a new customer like me. Ofcourse since I told at the very beginning that what i needed was a cash on pick up, i would assume that the given form to me was only for that service mode. And also he did not bother ask my niece what mode will be processed. He assumed that it was a regular mode and processed it directly without any confirmation. Pls do something because the inconvenince it gave brought me a lot of stress.
