LBC Express review: box collection and delivery to antique

The service booking was made on October 28th 2019. We were told the pick-up would be with in a month.
A follow up phone call was made to confirm the service would happen on November 19th - but no collection has yet been made.

The box is waiting at GB Liners, Holmer Road, Hereford. HR4 9RU.

Can we get confirmation as to when the package will be collected and scheduled for delivery?
