I ordered some stuff in Lazada and the courier was LBC. Everytime my order is said to be shipped i always get a notification that they were not able to verify my address. How come I never even received a call during the delivery. And I clearly stated on the address that my house is near the Brgy. Hall, they could have asked the people in the Brgy hall of they know me and Im sure they do. They never even called to verify my address . I never had a problem when it was with 2GO. They call me even before they deliver.

My colleague transacted with LBC Megamall Branch today (July 12, 2018) for an international remittance whereas she will claim a money from abroad. In the event that she was already on the counter and gave the details, the teller - in the name of Kaye Romantico, said that they cannot process her remittance due to internet error. However, she cannot claim the remittance in other branches because it was already processed in their system. No assurance given just got her number and they will just update her. We went back to claim it again(same day) since no update was given. Upon checking, no action taken it was just then when we suggested to call the main branch for assistance. However no one's calling and they did not put an effort to do something whereas in the first place they knew about the problem in their internet but still transacted the remittance and gave us no choice but to wait. We took a video of the conversation between the teller and my colleague to report them to the management of the bad customer service. And then, they snatched the phone and threw it away claiming of their privacy rights. Now, it heated the incident since it should have not been thrown as damage of property and could have just advised us of the no video. The teller acted wildly exchanging curse words and even said as to why we even transacted with their branch. No manager was there to take over and took action of the situation. We wanted the teller to get suspended or terminated. As to the video, we don't have any plan of sharing it publicly but just to report it directly to their management.

Please expect delivery within the day. But until now the package is still not delivered. The delivery man called that they don't know the location, that's why the package was not delivered. What a stupid reason!

Good day!
I applied for a passport in DFA NCR South Alabang branch and availed the LBC courier inside. Transaction date 3/23/18. Tracking number [protected]. Delivery guy handed over my passport to the village guard and left. I was lucky that the guard brought it to my home.
A passport is a LEGAL document and should be handed over only to the OWNER or appointed person by the owner who presents an ID and authorization letter. I suppose this is your guideline.
I feel really disappointed in your service. Considering we pay for 150 php for this because we would like to avoid any hassles. But your delivery man could have brought me problems should the person he endorsed my parcel with (who was not even related to me) fail to give me my passport.

i ordered through an online shopping site something for my boyfriend's birthday.. the online seller shipped my order to Cebu through LBC express last June 22, 2018.. the tracking # was [protected].. i received a text message from LBC computer system last June 25, 2018 that my shipment is ready for delivery and i should expect delivery within the day but it didn't arrive.. i received the same message last June 26, 2018 but again, it didn't arrive.. i kept on sending LBC track and trace and i was really surprised last June 29, 2018 that they already forwarded my shipment to Manila..! i was in the area from 7AM to 6PM the whole week and i even told our security guard that i am expecting a shipment from LBC.. usually, LBC's delivery man will inform the consignee upon his arrival to the area but i didn't receive any message.. i called LBC's customer service twice as soon as i saw your posted update and they told me that they will make a report but nothing happened as it was returned to the online seller.. the online seller shipped it again last July 2, 2018.. with the tracking # [protected].. i received the same text message from LBC computer system that my shipment is ready for delivery last July 3, 2018.. i waited but as expected, it didn't arrive.. they posted last July 4, 2018 that shipment was not delivered due to payment issues.. and i received the same message again last July 4 and 5, 2018 and until now (July 6, 2018), it didn't arrive.. i called the customer service hotline yesterday and told me that he will make a report about it but i think my parcel will be returned to sender again (for the 2nd time) because it is now forwarded to LBC CENTRAL EXCHANGE..! my area is not difficult to find since it's a famous university's address in Cebu and i stated the address completely (even the floor and name of the building) and the online seller wrote my cellphone number on the parcel.. we are paying right and we deserve the right service.. i thought LBC is HARI NG PADALA but i think LBC is HARI NG KAPALPAKAN..!

Now, we got a confirmation number from LBC for the said order on June 28 and it clearly stated that TAT is 3-5 days. On June 30, Saturday, it was my day off and for the whole day I was just at home. Here comes Saturday evening, we left for Oslob. A week had passed and still, no order from LBC came. So after following up on it, I got this stupid message that on June 30, they tried to come here but the house was closed. What the heck?! I was home the whole morning and afternoon! I noticed 2 missed calls from an unknown number, and I'm not even sure if it came from LBC or not. Now you would expect a responsible courier to at least text you about your order. But no! I did not receive a single text! Instead, onJuly 2, they left this to an "authorized person" named Annabelle Matabilas. I do not even know this [censored]ing person! And I do not remember assigning it to an "authorized person." Why the [censored] would they leave my package to an unknown [censored]ing person?! I want to sue LBC for this!

Hindi dumating sa pinadalhan ko, araw araw ko gi track at tinawag para follow up pero mga walang kwenta at paasa. At sa araw na ito tumawag sila sa, akin sabi nawawala daw yung bagahe ko, anong ka tarantaduhan ito bakit ba ninakaw? Maliit na halaga lang yan pero yung effort at hardwork ko para lang mka padala ng regalo sa anak kung nag graduate. Kailangan bayaran nyu at kung hindi magsampa ako ng Case againts sa inyu.
Im sending an air frieght cargo on june 19until now still ddnt come. And everyday i track the number but the result is still the same. And by this day the lbc agent was calling they told me that my package is lost.
It's so bad it's very worst air cargo the steal all my effort and hard work for this things.

[protected] this package was sent june 25, 2018. From Davao City (Mindanao) to cagayan de oro city (mindanao). There was only one update on this shipment which was on the time the package was accepted at LBC Gaisano Mall of Davao, after that there was no update anymore, I started calling LBC customer service june 28, 2018 to get an update but nobody can give me any information. I called LBC Gaisano mall of davao and told me they have a "manifest" which means the package has already left their facility. I called again june 29th and 30th, I even talked with the supervisor, but she neither can't give me any information about the package.
This package should be received by Mr. Trauvis Tagapan in Cagayan de oro City, because he will be leaving for the US on July 1, 2018 and supposedly give this package to my daughter in the US. But since you lost the package, I demand that you send this directly to my daughter in the US. Her address is 1487 NE 117th st Miami Florida USA 33161.
