LBC Express tolerated by the use of Scammers online
Good evening, I ordered corset ig, a waist trainer, i believe it was genuine because, I thought LBC was not able to use on scammer sender like this, I paid 1400 on my items i received today, but unfortunately the packaged inside was fake, this is the tracking number: [protected] u can trace it who was the sender of this fake package. can u pls. investigate this! and this sender was banned at LBC, they ruined ur reputation as such a good company

Gusto ko lang po magfile ng complaint about sa parcel ko, base sa system nyo nadeliver at narecieved ko na pero wala naman ako natanggap, pinuntahan nmn branch-lbc mexico at nakausap nmin ang staff at rider nyo dun ang sabi nya na deliver na daw nya ang parcel pero wala sya pinarecieve,isiniksik nya lang, ngayon nawawala ang parcel ko, important document yun,nung nagpunta kmi sa branch binigyan kmi ng contact no para dun sa update pero everytime tumatawag kmi pinagpapasa-pasahan lang nila kmi.walang aksyon na ginagawa..pano ang parcel ko?

Gusto ko lang magreklamo march 19, 2023 pumunta ang mother ko sa LBC TAYABAS may ID naman sya na magpapatunay na mother ko sya and may authorization letter naman and 2 valid IDs ko dala din nya ang exact amount ng babayaran ang problema hindi lang naka print hanggang 4pm lang daw sila so hindi na umabot ang mother ko sa pag claim kc nga malayo pa ang printing shop and hindi masyadong marunong sa computer ang mother ko kaya nagtagal nakalagay din sa authorization letter na nasa business trip ako so matagal bago talaga ako makauwi sana manlang narelease nalang sa mother ko or natulungan nila magprint manlang kung gusto nila ng printed or pina email nalang sana nila ginawan nalang sana ng paraan tutal mother ko naman talaga ang mag claim. Ngayon na nakauwi na ko wala na ang parcel naka return na tumawag pa ko sa kanila hindi ko alam paano macocontact si seller dahil nga online ko ito inorder at hindi ko na maalala yung name nung shop yun ang hindi maintindihan ng nakausap ko sa phone kanina march 26, 2023. Sana po kc narelease nalang talaga sa mother ko nung march 19 na nagpunta sya doon pwede namang tumawag din sa akin to confirm e. Matagal na akong customer ng LBC sa laguna since ito ang courier ng office namin noon, ngayon lang talaga ako nadissapoint.

My complain is Yung bdo credit card ko dumating na pala Wala man lang text or any update from LBC then sa tracker and sa customer service nila nagpapasapasahan lng cla Kung sino lalapitan Kung Hindi pa ako pumunta sa bdo ndi ko pa naayos Yung problema.
Ngayon according sa bank wait ko nlng daw message again from LBC for an update about sa card ko pero until now Wala pang update.
Unlike sa ibang delivery company or services time to time pwedi mong e check Yung parcel mo at nag text when and where dadating Yung delivery mo. At Yung iba tumatawag pa for confirmation.
Parang Hindi Naman ganito Yung LBC dati bakit ngayon ganito. Pabaya n.

2 weeks ko na d narreceived parcel ko galing cebu to taguig. Kya nagpunta ako sa website ng lbc tpos nilagay ko trackng # ko. Ang sabi doon nadeliver na dw nong march 3 pa, eh wla pong nagttxt o 2mwag mn lng na lbc. Nagtanong2x nrin kme sa guard d2 wla mn lng dw ni anino ni lbc pmunta ri2. LBC psuyo nmn npkaimportante nong mga papeles na pndala sa akin.

This is to raise my concern, i arrived at the branch divisoria 168 around 5pm to send my package, yet they refuse to accept because they said they were already cut off but no sign been posted outside, yet the posted sign outside said they were open till 7pm.. I am disappointed because i came far but they don’t have consideration even they were still processing for the packages. I hope the management will aware for this. Thank you.

Delivery
Parcel was scheduled to be delivered yesterday March 9, 2023, waited the whole day for a call or text regarding the delivery since it was a very important package and concerning about the expiration of it.
I checked the status this morning and it shows the shipment has issues please contact customer support. Attempted to call customer care hotline but received no answer from them!
Now, the status of the parcel was returned back to the CEBU HUB TEAM 2!
There's no point in checking as to which branch we can personally pick up the parcel! Wake up LBC!

If by Friday hindi ko pa yan marereceive hindi kopo yan makukuha. Nagmamakaawa ako sana ireach out niyo yung local forwarder sa Cebu. I hope this would be remedied asap. I am in a bind here. Lazy delivery rider
I ordered my parcel at legazy street a week before Feb. 14, 2023 through their website. I have been waiting for my parcel for quiet some time, that’s why I contacted the shop and asked if they have it delivered. They gave me a tracking number and searched it, only to find out that it was returned back to sender. I never received any call or even a text message regarding the delivery. I called the delivery hub and found out they have put “theres no such thing as phase 1, alvania subd.” which is such a lie!. our subdivision is only 10-15 minute walk from their location.. and I even received a document which was sent thru lbc last month.. how can this address suddenly not exist? they are using lame excuses for their laziness. That kind of attitude is what makes the number of your clients lesser and lesser.. and prefer other courier..
Desired outcome: I would appreciate if he’d be given sanction or be reprimanded by the branch.

Lost items
I only knew lost items when I opened my boxes. I was the one who packed the boxes so we knew what were the items. As of today I’m looking for my shoes, groceries etc . These are not in the boxes. We received one box already torn with hole and I thought it was in the handling only. But definitely we were missing items in the boxes. This was not my first experience with LBC. I never learned but definitely my last transaction with this company.
Desired outcome: The problem was I only knew of the lost items when I opened the boxes and cannot find the items.

Failed to make a pick up
On 2/23/23, I was scheduled for a 12:00pm to 4:00pm pick up at 60 N Beretania St. Apt 1304, Honolulu, HI 96817. I took a day off work to be here. At 3:35pm, after not receiving a call from the driver, I called the LBC office to see if the truck was coming today. The female customer service person at [protected] told to me it wasn't 4:00pm yet. At 4:00pm I called her back and said the driver wasn't here and hadn't called. She told me the driver said it was raining. I told her it wasn't raining where I was at in downtown Honolulu, which is two miles from the warehouse at 2146 Dillingham Blvd. She refused to call the driver to make my pickup (I suspect he was already back at the warehouse), and I requested a pickup for tomorrow, February 24, 2003, and she said okay. Lots of items missing on my package
I have been using LBC in sending package from Singapore to my Family in Philippines. My last year (Nov.2022) package already alarmed me that the box is tore and sink a bit, but give them the benefit of the doubt but this time (Feb.2023) is unacceptable that a lot of items are lost and my box sink. They took many items anyhow. Whoever who done this, should know what items are missing. I believe that the missing incident took place at LBC SAN FERNANDO PAMPANGA branch because it took them 8 days to deliver my package, which is normally unusual. Please help me on this concern.

Vfs global, a visa center in malate said that since Feb 4 my documents is already dispatch to the courier LBC. Visa center give me the way bill because it is part of my package payment that the visa center will be the one to forward it to courier. Way bill address states that it's that main office of LBC, LBC SOLUTIONS in gen aviation area. Upon checking waybill tracking number is not working or records not found in LBC website.its been 8days now I haven't received any documents yet

Delivery
The assigned rider did not inform me through text that he will be delivering my parcel on February 10, 2023. He wanted to get my parcel as soon as possible. He did not even grant my request to wait just for about 10-15 mins to wait for me since he did not inform me earlier that he is going to deliver my parcel. This rider did not return my calls instead he texted me unnecessary messages.

Ibinigay ng kapatid ko ang complete address pero ang teller hindi nilagay ang complete address. Kaya nung sabing idedeliver nag antay pa kami pero wala namang dumating o nag contact sa amin. Sobrang delayed na nga ng delivery tas magkakaproblema pa sa delivery address. Akala namin ikokontact kami pagka delivery pero hindi naman pala. para saan pa ang number kung hindi rin pala magagamit pagka deliver na? tang inang service yan.
Desired outcome: Ang teller ang nagkamali sa address, kaya kung idedeliver nyo icontact kami para ma guide kayu kung san ang tamang address.
ripped off box
Hi, I received my package February 7, 2023 past 10 am. I received a call from [protected]. He let me sign the receipt and didn't leave a copy. Upon opening the box I noticed there's a part that's been ripped off and been covered with tape (LBC WVIS). I assume this is a tape from the Visayas that means it's been tampered not in Luzon. If you see in the picture that the side that's been tampered has the WVIS tape and the rest none.

Delayed delivery
My Item has been received by Cebu Delivery Team last February 2, 2023. I did a series of Follow up but until today February 9, 2023 customer service always replies with the same answer that it is already been coordinated with the assigned team. I'm frustrated with this kind of service as 4 days is already enough for them to make a move on the delayed delivery yet there is no urgency on their side. They will just continue to answer you with their generic answer and you will just wait to when will they deliver the item as they want.
We need to have at least an action to this as this is a very bad delivery and customer service.
