LBC Express review: the entire branch

This particular branch ALWAYS HAS A PROBLEM.

Every time I visit this branch, it always has a certain problem from no connection to your system, to no boxes, it sometimes doesn't even have AC.

The worst part is that it feels like it's the customers problem when IT SHOULDN'T BE.

One time, it didn't have the meduim size parcel and the guy at the counter said it like it was my problem to solve. And just now I heard they didn't have a box that could fit one customers stuff so they asked the customer to buy it instead and bring it to them. What the hell kind of service is that.

And they ALWAYS don't have connection to your system so I can't get my cash on delivery payments.

If you're not going to fix the branch might as well close it down because the branch doesn't have any sense.
