Delayed delivery
I sent my documents through lbc on august 5, it was received by pasay delivery team on august 10th. I am aware about the new lead time of delivery due to the pandemic, but it is already 5 days in pasay and i'm being notified of an attempt to deliver but everytime it gets an "unforseen event" error. The documents are very important and I need it to be delivered on august 17. Please, deliver it by august 17 because that is the deadline to be received by gsis, which is by the way, provides my education. There is a reason why I sent it way earlier and I expected it to be delivered before the deadline. Thank you.
This was a waste of time and effort. Nevertheless as a final comment, NCR as well as Region 4a have revert to GCW last Aug 19 and yet no word from LBC.
Any updates?!
Package still not received (beyond declared lead time)
It says
"Thu, 13 August 2020
Shipment is with a concern. Please get in touch with our official customer channels."
What does it mean? I have a listed contact number on the way bill and yet i have not received any calls concerning this issue. I opted for lbc coz i know they do next day delivery but to my dismay. Please help
About my parcels
Dlawa po yung boxes ko. Pero nung nag claim na, isang box lang ang na release ng tga lbc ng sta.rosa laguna kya hangared dispose na daw kaya hanggang ngayon di ko na claim.
Did not receive bdo credit card
Received this txt from bdo last june 24, 2020: your bdo mastercard credit card ending in 7112 has been dispatched for delivery thru lbc. For delivery status, you may access WWW.LBCEXPRESS.COM using tracker number: [protected]. Thank you.
Its already august 14, 2020 and I still did not received it. Your tracker said :
Shipment has been received at scs returns central hub.
Pleae advise what to do.
Services almost items in the box were lost
We have package from Japan via Mermaid Ltd Co. or LBC with tracking no. [protected], as per tracing the package arrive it Vitas LBC last July 10 and having re route to General Santos last July 22, 2020.. There was a delay from LBC VITAS warehouse because the package arrived in Gensan was Aug. 10 almost 3 weeks delayed & delivered to us Aug. 13, 2020.. The box inside was already teared some of the important items were missing such as perfumes, shoes, shirts.. and many more.. The LBC team almost stole the package! Hope we can have justice for this.

Bakit po ganun? Nagpa shipped ako ng july 27 2020 [censored]g rizal to marikina bayan tracking no. [protected], tapos july 28 narecieved na sya sa marikina-cainta branch. After ma recieved sa marikina-cainta wala ng movement ang items. Aug. 11 narecieved sa marikina bayan. Aug.13 kukunin ng buyer ko tapos sabi sa marikina bayan eh wala na sa kanila kc lagpas 10 days na sa kanila kaya binalik na. At isa pa bakit po di nagtxt sa recepient ko na nandun na ang items.

open 8am and close 1pm everyday no more transaction after 1pm but the crew stays inside their office chatting, eating and even playing thier phones..please check LBC ALAMINOS PICK UP BRANCH..poor service, undertime working and no courtesy for costumers
Service/tracking number provided is invalid
I ordered an item in lazada. As an update the parcel is in LBC, LBC provided a tracking number. So to confirm and track where the parcel is, I tried to track it online with this tracking number 99100005066818, but the tracking number is invalid. It is almost 2 months since I ordered the item, can someone provide a valid tracking number. Thank you!

Hello... Pakideliver na man na ung item na pinadala ko last august 3 2020...313195619217 tagal ng nasa cainta delivery team pero di man lng gumagalaw two weeks na.. Nagbabayad kmi ng naaayon sa inyo kaya paki ayos naman ng trabaho nyo.
Packed not reach its destination (almost a month already)
To whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter to recover my delivery package that was handed over to LBC SM Megamall branch last July 17, 2020. I am very distressed with the poor service offered by your courier. I have placed multiple calls to highlight that my package has not reach its destination. Last day (August 10, 2020), I went to the store branch to follow up personally but I was so disappointed with the staff. My package amount is almost 3, 000PHP (2 Ipanema Slippers from Brazil) and yet he put 500PHP only on the declared value. I told him many times that it is 3, 000PHP when he asked me last July 17, 2020. One more thing, there was already an email to them with regards to my package but they are ignoring it.
Can you please investigate if my package has been lost or it is yet to be delivered? Your action is highly appreciated.

This rider of lbc in iligan city philippines is unruly.. He woke me up during my lunch break and I told him the office is close. We will open at 1:45pm he insisted it was 1 pm. I told him I couldn't do anything bec. Its lunch break. The discussion got a bit heated and after I put down my cellphone he texted me... This is harassment. No rider should keep on texting any of your customer. He just wont quit.
Cash on delivery department
LBC maramag branch.. We've been here for an hour and it's already past 10 in the morning but they haven't opened yet.. People are adding up in lines to to get their parcels and it's hot outside the building.
Delayed Service
It been a week since my parcel was shipped. I thought Mindanao to Mindanao will only take around 3 days or more, but less than a week. Then when I tracked my parcel this is what ir says:

It's almost 3 days. No improvement at all.
Delivery fee is so expensive. Yet your services are not worth it.
Shipment issue
My package was sent last july 7. Till now no movement and progress of the shipment. I'm calling the customer service they provided me but it is always busy. I'm messaging on their facebook page they replied but no progress at all. I'm hopeless if I can receive it.

Delivery took too long! Shipment date was 07/30/2020 and now up to this date 08/10/2020 I still haven't receive my parcel. It has been 12 days pending. I was expecting it to be delivered today since the status when I tried to track the parcel earlier was "Please expect deliver within in the day". Imagine my disappointment when waited all day and NOT even a single text or call from your delivery team was received, and when I tried to check again on the lbc tracker, updated status was "Shipment is en route to SF - CEBU". What and where is that? I contacted all the available numbers online/website but to no avail lahat, walang reliable. What is wrong with your service? Please give us a reliable update on this parcel [protected]. Get your job done, ayos ayos ng customer magbayad tas ganito yung serbisyo nyo!
I saved the number of one of your delivery team/man, same number that they use when they tried to call me to deliver my "other" parcel few weeks ago. When the man on the other line answered the call, i immediately asked if i'm talking to the man from lbc team and he said "yes" when I tried to ask the whereabouts of my parcel sabi wrong number daw, he's not from lbc daw. WHAT A JOKE! Here's the number [protected]. LBC CEBU / LAPU-LAPU TEAM, ayusin nyo serbisyo nyo.
Super delayed delivery and yet shipping fee is expensive. Not worth it!
It is advertised from their website that parcels from Visayas to Mindanao will have 2-4 days lead time only. My parcel with tracking no. [protected] was shipped from Iloilo to Davao last July 25, 2020. On July 31, 2020 the package is en-route to Davao distribution team. But to my surprise, on Aug 3, 2020 shipment was received in Cebu distribution team instead. Then, on Aug 7 shipment was en-route to Cagayan. Now, it is already Aug 10, 2020, and still with the same status. The shipping fee is not worth it for this super delayed delivery! Their shipping fee is way beyond expensive yet very poor service! It is already 16 days in transit! Super far from their promise of 2-4 days lead time! what will you tell your customers sorry? tsk! it is not even enough compared to the stress, worry, and anxiety of the whereabouts of my package. Pandemic is given yet they should not make this an excuse for their poor service. Other couriers still managed to deliver on time.

Hi, I would just like to give feedback on how slow your people are when it comes to customer service at your local branch here at IT Park, Cebu. Almost 30minutes to an hour just to process one customer. Are you for real? We can't even have it delivered at home because it takes a month so we decided to pick it up. You may want to check how productive your people are. I know there's a pandemic but geeez. Seriously the last time ill use lbc. Ill definitely tell all of my friends and relatives.
Super Delayed Delivery and Poor customer service
Since july 18 my parcel status is "en route to aurora" up until now. It's almost a month and my parcel is nowhere to found. Been coming back and forth to our lbc branch here and they keep on saying that I should wait another week. But there is still no progress up until now. It's already pass the maximum days of delivery due to the quarantine tho. I badly need that item.
