Having this issue on my second item which I found very doubtful. See the screenshot on the attached document with tracking #312048273819 (https://www.lbcexpress.com/track/MzEyMDQ4MjczODE5aGFzaGxiY2V4cHJlc3M=)

1. The shipment arrived at the exact address, but no one is home and we're in this pandemic to stay at home.
2. Suddenly they can't find my address now?

How can I believe your systems are still working? Please I need some answers.

I already track my order, it says that, "arrived at the internal mail dispatch" . What does that mean?

My package from the us has already been received by your lower laguna delivery team. Your tracking service stated that they attempted to deliver the package july 15 & 17 but according to them our house was closed and no one was inside. This is bull crap! My wife and a daughter are on a 24/7 work from home status. I don't buy your lousy reason of justifying your delayed delivery. Think of a better one.

My order arrived in philippines, last july 1, and already at tacloban july 3. And still no movement I am just 2 hours away from tacloban. They don't reply my emails my chat and they can't even be reached in phone. Poor service! Shut down!

Sent an item way back June and until now they havent delivered it, always checking the status online was advised to contact LBC tried calling them everyday unfortunately its always busy.

My seller sent the package on LBC NUEVA, SAN PEDRO branch dated July 7, 2020 that i've bought to be delivered here in lian batangas. It was arrived at the VCARGO EXCHANGE on july 8, 2020 Until now, 5 days later the tracking is still not updated, I have already followed up via messenger, facebook and email regarding my package but I have not received any reply except from their automated bot replies which fail to provide any substantial info as to where my package is. When is my package being delivered? I really need it right now.

I brought the cargo june 26, until now I havent receive any information from lbc about my cargo. I tried to call customer service, customer service sucks, they are telling different things. I was told will take 7-9 days, then next call I was told 8-11 days, then the next call I was told 10-15 days. Clearly indicates that customer service are idiot and just guessing what they wanted to tell us. Lbc sucks! If I will be given chance to reprocess my order, I will never use lbc, never again in my entire life!

Can I pick up the package instead of waiting for so many days? I would appreciate it if you guys reply to this as soon as possible because the package is very much important. Its frustrating to wait everyday for nothing.

I haven't yet received my package until now. It's been 3 weeks but no update at all! The LBC staff does not even call or text me about my package. I keep on updating my parcel and I even went to the near LBC branch here at Tagaytay City, Cavite but nothing happens. It was started last June 18, 2020. Hello, I need help on this. My parcel was delivered to a wrong destination upon checking/tracking the #. they delivered to Cabanatuan City. How come? It should be deliver to Sta. Rosa Laguna and can be pick up on July 7, 2020 which indicates in customer's copy. See attached file for reference. Thanks!

Last June 24 my parcel has been shipped from Benguet. Last July 4 my parcel finally artived in Cebu Distribution team. I called Cebu Distribution team asking if I can pick it up since it's perishable but they said I can only pick it in the distribution branch because it's COP. I waited until Monday and kept on tracking but no update even follow up with the LBC warehouse. They gave me the contact number of the distribution hub. I was told to wait. It was Tuesday when I tracked again and found out that the item was already in Talisay delivery team when I'm only in Tisa, Cebu City. They told me they will update me soon but until now they never bothered to contact me. I've been reaching different contact numbers from Customer Service to Cebu Warehouse, Distribution hub to Talisay Delivery Team but non of them is reachable. Please help inside my box are plants. I don't think they still are okay after 14 days. Today is the 14th day.

Dear LBC Customer Service Team,

My name is Ralph Albert Cabrera and I would like to report a missing item (2pairs of Jordan shoes) which was shipped from LBC Turbina, Calamba Branch shipped by my brother, Aldwin Mc Gregory to Zandy Lorena residing at Batasan Hills Quezon City. The purpose of the shipment is for the restoration and customization of the 2 pairs of shoes.

June 30 when the item arrived at LBC Kalayaan and was ready for delivery. Based on the tracking information, there were two remarks that the address was not found reason for the item to be undelivered.

It was July 1 when the delivery associate, Dave Areza, came into Zandy Lorena's residence and informed that the pair was missing during delivery. He was not sure into where the item get lost. Then Zandy immediately informed me through chat about the incident.

There has been a call between me and Dave on how to settle but days after, no updates yet and the settlement is still unclear..

On Friday, July 3, My brother, Aldwin got a call from LBC Kalayaan team head named Franco Villanueva and told him that as per Dave, it is okay if he got a compalin with regards to the missing item.

We would like to plead and seek help if this can be further investigated or atleast we could get back the worth of the 2pairs of shoes. These shoes are collectible Jordan brand shoes with price ranging 10, 00php to 12000php for each pair.

We reported it to LBC Turbina Branch and they are willing to support us on any means they can to help us atleast get the worth of shoes back.

Attached are the conversations with the recipient Zandy, conversation with Associate Dave and other supporting details regarding the said incident. Attached as well are the supporting document for the cost of the lost items.

I believe that through LBC, I can assure that my delivery will be handled well to the recipient with extra care. And we seek for your assistance on how you can help us regarding this incident and prove us that LBC is worthy over other express delivery company.

It took 13 days for my perishable package to arrive. I wasn't able to save anything everything was rotten. How come it took 13 days while my other order from same place took 4 days only, it is perishable as well. I already tried to talk to a support through messenger, however, no one was assisting me! Also, your staff already saw that it was rotten since the package was already deformed and wet and they did not do anything not even an apology!

Until now, 6 days later, I have not received my package and it has not moved from the sortation center. I'm very disappointed with how lbc provide their service to the people right now. I have a package that I haven't received yet, and it's been already a month has passed. I am done with this waiting game. I am done with forever forwarded status seldom update. I am done with your auto chat bot. Enough is enough. Stop accepting parcels/packages if you can't really handle it. This is a no brainer.
