My package [protected] was sent from Manila to Laguna last June 30, 2020. It was received at the LBC Central Exchange last July 1. Until now, 6 days later, I have not received my package and it has not moved from the sortation center. I have already followed up via messenger, facebook, twitter and email regarding my package but I have not received any reply except from their automated bot replies which fail to provide any substantial info as to where my package is. When is my package being delivered? They claim it takes only 3-6 days for provincial deliveries. Tomorrow is one week already and still no package.

I'm very disappointed with how lbc provide their service to the people right now. I have a package that I haven't received yet, and it's been already a month has passed. I am done with this waiting game. I am done with forever forwarded status seldom update. I am done with your auto chat bot. Enough is enough. Stop accepting parcels/packages if you can't really handle it. This is a no brainer.

My Parcel has a Tracking number of [protected] .Which is supposed to be claimed at LBC Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro Branch the pickup date is supposed to be on July 4, 2020. I'm Tracking my parcel everyday and I found out that it is still in the Solutions Crossdock Alabang.Please deliver my parcel already in Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro LBC branch .

On the 24 of jun 2020 i returned an item through LBC Tanjay branch, As up today i still have no news from this returned package to :Tools on the Box, 158D Tuazon corner Don Manuel aggregado Sta Mesa Maharlika quezon Manila, the return slip number is : [protected] I would be happy to get news from this lost package, thank you. 01/07/2020 - per LBC Tracker again item ready to claimed in ESPANA Delivery Hub.
- went to Espana Branch but the staff there told me that the delivery hub is at Pandacan Manila.
-Called the customer service and requested to redeliver my item and have given additional information regarding my address so that the driver will be able to find our house. even told the customer service that the driver should text me so that i can guide him if ever he still cant find our house.

02/07/2020 - per LBC Tracker, "We tried to deliver your shipment but house was closed and no one was there. LBC will deliver the next business day"
-this was seriously disappointing, i was waiting the whole day here at home and i didn't saw any delivery boy from LBC and i did not received any text from you. How come?

I was expecting an important package to be delivered yesterday. I had it arranged for next-day delivery as I need it for work. I paid fairly for the service, however, I still haven't received the package. The latest update posted on their tracking website is RETURN TO HUB when they haven't even tried delivering my package yet! So disappointing as it affects my means of living.

Are you kidding me?

I am very disappointed with what happened to a parcel I asked lbc to process cop service. This is for a month now!

Last june 8, I processed a cop in bulihan, silang, cavite lbc branch for a small pouch parcel to be delivered to 209 maharlika highway, brgy. San anastacia national highway, santo tomas, batangas. You can see attached here that the sticker form which we filled out and placed to the parcel has the correct address.

After that the staff process it and give me the receipt. I noticed that the address in the receipt is unit 8, phase 2, the lifestyle strip bldg. Maharlika highway, brgy. San antonio, sto. Tomas, batangas. This is the start of the problem.

When we were processing the cop the staff who processed my parcel was talking to her mobile phone saying "oo paalis na ako, sa sme ka na ba? (pertaining to a grocery store nearby). After she handed me the receipt she immediately left the branch. Now, we coordinated with another staff (which also caused this trouble) and she informed us that it is the same branch so we trust the staff of lbc and walk out of the branch.

Then, my customer who ordered the parcel informed me that it is not the same branch and it will cost her about p300.00 to get to the other lbc branch because every ride in their area will be a special ride because of the ongoing covid.

Now, we coordinated again to the same lbc branch and the same stupid staff informed me that the branch are near to the requested branch. This is very ridiculous as even it is near branch the point is she is the one who mistakenly provided a wrong address in the receipt which cause me trouble as well as my customer. I asked her to simply correct her actions and request a transfer. This happened a week ago and we can still see that the parcel is in the same branch as before without any progress.

I again went to the lbc branch last monday and I was informed that the parcel is still in the same place.

This is unacceptable as this is not our mistake by the staff's mistake and a simple transfer cannot be made.

Can you at least make an escalation to transfer this to the correct address!

I am looking forward to the resolution to this. This must be prioritized and ensure that the lbc staff will know the importance of details as this gives a wrong impression for lbc.

It seems even your customer service hotlines is not working. I dialled the hotline and waited for 30minutes and also sent email to this address but no one responded.

I need the parcel on the right branch before saturday.

How long will it take for the transfer to be done? See the email below for explaining how poor the service I received.

Gusto ko lang po e report yong delivery. The item has ben shipped last June 23. I understand that the shipment has been affected due to ECQ. I kep tracking my shipment. Finally the delivery is supposedly today but when I tracked the item the address of the receiver was not found daw. But i don't think the delivery man tried to call the recepient also. He didn't tried to call me too, the sender. Pls ff up. Thanks

My parcel was labeled refused to accept, this is a lie because since the lockdown started there has always been someone at the house and I personally haven't gone out. So it was returned to the sender, she sent it out again but this time it was sent to the one pavillion branch, but I cannot go out since it is ECQ, I cant contact them using all their nos

Mam/Sir regarding sa returned item kopo sa lazada last June 19, 2020 last update June 20 around 1am then after nun wala na despite with my follow up wala pading movement na nangyayari. Laptop po kase yun medyo pricey the problem is di naman o rerefund ni lazada yun hanggat di nila nare receive ang item eh yun nga stock na sa inyo 10 days napo. Tapos sobrag hirap kausapin o kontakin ng costumer support nyo di sila accommodating paasa mode at seen mode lang sya kahit paulit ulit mo silang i message seen mode padin ang peg.
May 5 times konang na follow up to plus the help of lazada din pero wala padin action ang lbc. Paki actionan naman po dirin biro ang perang pinambili dun sa inyo cguro barya lang pero samen malaking bagay napo.

May mga proof naman po ako (print screen ) na seen mode lang costumer service nyo sa FB.

Jean Rose Diola here, tracking # [protected]. my complaint is about my parcel which took 1 month to arrive in lbc cadiz. In the picture you can see that it had been a month being forwarded to cadiz and they keep on telling me that it hasnt arrived yet on lbc bacolod warehouse but the tracking says it all. I want you to investigate on this because i believe that someone took my parcel because the other 2 parcel has arrived successfully. Im not accusing anybody but i will not settle with the refund because i want may parcel back and i want to know who is responsible for the loss. I have worked hard for it to buy it. Many of the personnel had asked wat is it inside, knowing they can help me i told them but still they couldnt fint my parcel so im appealling to your office to take action on this or i will take the action. I have been a loyal customer to you eversince but this time lets make some things right. I have read so many negative reviews about tlyour poor service but i still believe you could help me with this. If you will not take immediate action i will make actions for this. Thank you!

Hi Jean Rose M. Diola po.. Ayan sa tracking tingnan nyu 1 month na forwarded to cadiz yung parcel ko po sabi lbc bacolod baka naiwan o nasa roro pa.. Gusto ko sana gawan nyu ng report po. Tanong ng tanong ako wala pa ring update. Eh hindi naman cguro yan palyado yang tracking nyu. Forwarded to cadiz na po. Maawa naman kayu sa mga customer nyu.. Pahalagahan nyu naman po.. Gusto ko hanapin nyu yan kasi alam ko nanjan lanh yung parcel ko.. Imbestigahan nyu po yung mga empleyado baka isa sa kanila nagnakaw.. Hindi ako papayag na ma missing parcel yun human error eto ayw ko ng refund lang kayu kasi kaylangan ko ying parcel ko. Yun po yung gusto ko. Tulongan nyu naman po ako. Bukas bibigay ko info ng mga nakausap ko sa lbc bacolod para maimbestigahan na din. Nasabi ko kasi sa kanila yung laman ng parcel ko.. Kung mawala man talaga yun gusto ko managot ang nagnakaw non at maibalik ang pera ng halaga ng laman non.. Kasi pinaghirapan ko yun.. Eto po yung contact # ko.[protected]

First of all before updating the status in your system you should call first the recipient that you cannot locate his/her address so that they can help you. My parcel is perishable, but until now hindi padin nadedeliver because can't locate the address. For God's sake LBC ayusin niyo pinag gagawa niyo, binabayaran kayo ng maayos di niyo magawa, mga walang isip yung mga delivery man niyo. That's why we provided are numbers so if ever na may problem is kontakin niyo kame! My item was shift on June 24 but until now wala padin.

Good day lower laguna delivery team... Almost 1 week na ng nkuha ni customer ung item cash on delivery basis... Pero bakit until now di nyo pa nadedeposit ung pera... Ayusin nyo nmn serbisyo nyo... Why does it take to long to ship the package it's bound to caloocan only from trabajo market branch, package sent date is june 26, 2020 why does it have to be brought to your hub in pasay, as per your staff. The package is taking to long to be received its just within metro manila I would understand if its bound to a province.
Tracking # [protected]. Pls. Look into this and pls. Ship it immediately or I will escalate this to dti.

I canot get my package beacause the personel is not following the set cutt-off time. My husband go to branch for the 4th time before the package not yet arrive now due to many claimant the personel change the cut-off time and also the person in charge is not approachable. He does not have a pleasing personality. He speak unappropriate words to client. Please make action to this. This is not good to your company.

Good morning po. Nakuha ko po yung tracking no. Ko po nung March 18 at dahil sa COIVD nacacancel yung pagtuloy ng deliver ng aking package. Last May nag update yung tracking no. Ko which is nasa Internal mail pending na po.. Ngayon wala pa po akong nakukuhang update sa aking package sana naman po ideliver niyo na sana kahit next week. Matagal ko na po kasi hinihintay dumating dito yung package ko kaso nagtataka na ko kung on going parin ba ang delivery ng LBC kaya sana po please approach me ASAP. Thank you
