LBC Express My complaint is about the unethical behavior of one of your employee at lbc langkaan 1 branch

This is in reference of a rude behavior of one of your employees at LBC Langkaan 1, Dasmariñas Cavite, CHERYL MAE BAYLON. She is so unprofessional and in my own opinion did not undergo proper training on how to assist customers. I also do wanted to let the higher management know and also a recommendation for you to conduct a surprise visit to audit and check the condition of your store because in my own personal experience every time that she is on duty all COP transactions as well as branch collect is always offline. I have observe whenever this teller in on duty this is the time that we are denied of these type of services which is unjustifiable on our part as I don't see any reason to be denied of the services since LBC is a big company. The reason why I have came up with this complaint is because I have been observing this situation for 6 months now.

Dear lbc express, i've been waiting for my item to arrive. Imagine 2 weeks na kapin. Wapa ninyu gideliver. Digay ra kaau niabot sa mactan nga branch. As in pipa pa ka weeks before ninyu gihilantan ang item. Gi pasa sa grandmall liloan after pila ka weeks. Pg. Abot sa grandmall. Please expect delivery. After that under some ungorseen events wla madeliver ang product. Hello, naunsa mo ui? After ana gipasa na mghandle kintahay. Another day gipasa nasad sa larj. Unsa ni ui? Sige mog pasapasa? LBC Express Complaint for item delivery service.

Hi lbc team! I am filing a complaint regarding the item I shipped to my friend. It is so clear that it is a bottle and I advised to ensure that it is handled with care. My friend just received the item, and it's all ruined. It is obvouis that it is a jar. Hence, should be handled with extra care. Do you not inform the shippers about it? It seems that they're just throwing it around. The person who packed it on the shop is not at fault. He packed the item properly and even put a lot of bubble wrap in it. Compensate us for the damage! LBC Express Fraudulent behavior

They have useless service. They keep on lying. Poor customer service, too. They've claimed that I wasnt at home yesterday to receive the parcel which is impossible. There are 4 of us here, we have a freaking pandemic and we are quarantined at home because of it. What kind of excuse is that? No one at home? Stupid service. Apparently, the information in my parcel is useless to cos they can't even contact me. Theres a phone number there. An address too. Drivers are lazy as heck or they're just plain incompetent. Same goes with the management. Other couriers have no problem reaching us here. Only lbc. Y'all proud of that? Your management is [censored].

LBC Express bdo credit card

Hay naku rider ng lbc tamad, march 3 nag text sa akin ang bdo na I dedeliver na ang credit card ko, kaya I keep on tracking may parcel pero wala dumating na rider ni text or tawag. Tapos makikita ko sa status return to scs courier facility manila? Nag request ako ng re deliver sa bdo agad agad, nag bigay pa ako ng instruction at landmark pati number ko sa bdo dahil hiningi nga ng bdo nun tumawag ako para isama nila sa instruction. Dahil sa pandemic na intindihan kong hindi ma deliver kaya ngayon, august 20 nag text na ulit ang bdo na for delivery na ang card ko, pero I keep on tracking since hindi ako makatutok sa pag track dahil nasa trabaho ako. Makikita ko sa tracking pag uwi ko na hindi na naman nila ma-locate ang location namin? Which is tinanong ko ang mga tao dito sa bahay namin kung may nag puntang taga lbc, ang sabi wala naman daw. Nakakapag taka lang na di nila ma deliver dito sa mantalang yun sa kapatid ko na same address at same bdo at same lbc din ang nag deliver nakarating yun card niya? Ano ibig sabihin nun bago yun nag dedeliver at tatamadtamad? O sadyang tatanga tanga? Sorry to harsh words nakaka disappoint ang service ehh, umaasa ako na dadating pero wala paramdam. Kaya ngayun august 20 nakita ko yun status kaya tumawag ako kinabukasan dahil iniisip ko nga na baka sarado na at gabi na ako naka uwi sa bahay tumawag ako august 21 ng umaga, hiningi ang track number at sinabing hindi nga ma locate ang location ko. Hingi ng customer service ng lbc ang cellphone number ko at ipapa schedule daw sa araw din na yun. Nag expect na naman ako kasi nga nag bigay na ako ng number para ma kontak ako, tapos pag check ko ng mga 3pm status na naman delivery issue? Hindi ma locate ang location namin? Ni walang text o kahit isang ring sa cellphone ko na galing sa taga lbc rider? Ano yun lokohan hindi nag ta trabaho ng tama yan mga rider nyo paki ayos naman palitan nyo na yan mga yan madaming gustong mag trabaho ng tama diyan. Salamat

LBC Express Service

Help my parcel is not moving since it is delivered to the hands of lbc (I ordered through lazada) it has been 17 days and beyond my estimated delivery date. Im panicking cause when I tracked it on universal tracker it says that it is received at "solutions crossdock alabang" many says that it is a black hole between lazada and lbc where many parcels suddenly dissapear, what should I do?

LBC Express Delivery of purchased products

LBCExpress claimed that they have made attempts to deliver my purchases and that I wasn't present to receive them, when as a matter of fact I was (and still am) and they failed to get in touch with me. I even doubt they actually made the attempt to make the delivery. I'll understand if the delivery is delayed because of the quarantine, but I won't stand for false information. Their customer service is also deplorable: not responsive online and no one picking up the phone. Other courrier services have no trouble getting my purchases to me, so what's LBC's excuse?

Just adding that LBC Express could be engaging in fraudulent behavior to cover up in their failure to do business.

Quoting from the Penal Code of the Philippines —

Art. 171 alineas 2, 3, 4 and 5 :

2. Causing it to appear that persons have participated in any act or proceeding when they did not in fact so participate;

3. Attributing to persons who have participated in an act or proceeding statements other than those in fact made by them;
4. Making untruthful statements in a narration of facts;

5. Altering true dates;

Art. 172 :
Falsification by private individual and use of falsified documents. — The penalty of prision correccional in its medium and maximum periods and a fine of not more than P5, 000 pesos shall be imposed upon:

1. Any private individual who shall commit any of the falsifications enumerated in the next preceding article in any public or official document or letter of exchange or any other kind of commercial document; and

2. Any person who, to the damage of a third party, or with the intent to cause such damage, shall in any private document commit any of the acts of falsification enumerated in the next preceding article.

Any person who shall knowingly introduce in evidence in any judicial proceeding or to the damage of another or who, with the intent to cause such damage, shall use any of the false documents embraced in the next preceding article, or in any of the foregoing subdivisions of this article, shall be punished by the penalty next lower in degree.

Art. 173. Falsification of wireless, cable, telegraph and telephone messages, and use of said falsified messages.
— The penalty of prision correccional in its medium and maximum periods shall be imposed upon officer or employee of the Government or of any private corporation or concern engaged in the service of sending or receiving wireless, cable or telephone message who utters a fictitious wireless, telegraph or telephone message of any system or falsifies the same.

Any person who shall use such falsified dispatch to the prejudice of a third party or with the intent of cause such prejudice, shall suffer the penalty next lower in degree.

And concerning False testimony at a official DTI Hearing :

Art. 184. Offering false testimony in evidence.
— Any person who shall knowingly offer in evidence a false witness or testimony in any judicial or official proceeding, shall be punished as guilty of false testimony and shall suffer the respective penalties provided in this section.

LBC Express Unethical behavior of drawson paul reyes

I would like to file a complain with your service very poor and arrogant staff especially to drawson paul reyes at lbc sanjose delmonte sampol branch, I sent documents 8-5-20 in lbc one is going to davao and one in taguig, less than 1 weeks document in davao was received, but the documents to taguig until now we didnt received, lbc dont inform us that there is a problem with the address, my point is if there is a problem why you dont give us a call to inform, that we need to correct the address, what is the use of our contact details written in the form. What happened to your service?
And with your staff drawson paul reyes he is very arrogant he doesnt have good customer service attitude he dont deserve his working position very poor service. Drawson paul reyes you have to put your feet to your customers feet so u can feel the feelings of your client due to your poor service not to be arrogant. You dont deserve your job you just ruin the name of the company. [protected]

LBC Express Balikbayan box delivery

August 19, 2020 nakalagay na for delivery na ang box, August 10 pa nasa UPPER LAGUNA DELIVERY HUB ang box, dumating ang delivery team dito sa bahay (aug19) at hinanap ako, ang tagal sa loob ng truck tapos sinabi sa akin na hindi daw pala nila dala ang box ko. Ang sabi sakin kinabukasan daw nila idedeliver which is today (August 20) di ko na inexcpect na dalhin pa nila same day ng aug19 kahit nasa cabuyao lang naman ang warehouse nila at calamba lang ako. Inupdate nila ang tracking number na wala daw ako sa bahay kaya di nila nadeliver at next business day daw idedeliver ang box. Thursday lang ngayon Aug20 which is a business day, dapat priority na nila yun na maideliver for today dahil sila naman ang nakaiwan. Nagmessage ako sa Twitter and messenger walang sagot at di ako pinapansin. Sa hotline nyo naman walang nasagot napaka tagal naka hold. Please naman iupdate nyo kami kung ano na ang status ng box and ideliver nyo na yan. Almost 1month na yan.

LBC Express Document

I would like to complain in regards to my document. I badly need it for this week. It was in the tracker that it's already en route to talisay delivery hub. So I ask the attendant he said it is in the mandaue hub already for sorting. So I went to manduae delivery hub but they told me that document is not in the hub it's still coming from bohol. How would be that possible that in the tracker it is already received in cebu.

Delivery took a month because they screwed up and delivered it to a different city. I tried complaining to their customer service and what do you expect fron a BS company, no reply and worst of all, not a single apology was issued. LBC Express Package was returned to scs hub without trying to reach me

The delivery man did not let my landlord receive the package with tracking number [protected] even with my authorization letter and ID since I was at work during the delivery. It was returned to the SCS hub immediately and I can't even contact LBC since the phone number is unreachable and there's no response to my emails. I would like to have it redelivered and allow my landlor to receive it. Pls take action to address this issue. Thanks.

LBC Express Parcel sitting on exchange points for days

Lazada merchant shipped the item last Aug 4. The item sat on Alabang for more than a week, then in Cainta for more than 4 days already. The item purchased is an infrared stove for our new house in Rizal. Much to my dismay, we are not able to cook anything for the past weeks, waiting for this paid item to be delivered. Facebook support only responded to two of my messages telling me it was possible to be delivered last week. I waited till Saturday but to no avail. No one responded me after multiple follow-ups even on email.

LBC Express Improper handling of goods

Good day. We had a cargo (3132 0582 7726) sent on 01 Aug 2020 from LBC Buhangin, Davao City, Davao del Sur to Brgy Napolan Purok Centro, Zamboanga del Sur. The cargo was received by the customer on 07 Aug 2020 but in a very bad condition. It would be understood if only 1-2 items were damaged however all of the items were damaged. We have been transacting with LBC since the start of the pandemic but this has been the first time we have encountered such problem. We would like to request a refund on this case. LBC Express Shipment delivered to a wrong person

I requested important documents from government thru www.psaserbilis.com.ph and it was delivered by lbc to a wrong person. It was traced to tracking number gave by lbc. Those documents may used in illegal purposes and they are using my name. Why lbc allowing this to deliver to not correct recipient or not an authorized to receive the documents.
I want to retrieved that documents and delivered to me, in any case the wrong person who received those documents used against in ilegal practice, lbc liable to any damage that my occur.
