LabCorp Drug test

I recently went to take drug screen at Walgreens in stow Ohio, the employee of lab core was very rude handed me a cup said you have 3 minutes. Went in very dirty bathroom that's clearly not being cleaned during this pandemic, nor waste mp ever taken anyways peed in the cup went to open the door and the lady pretty much falls into me listening at the door, tells me there's no temp on cup whatever I used didn't work! Like what does that seventeen, is she insinuating I did something to this cup or urine. I have absolutely no reason to fail a drug test actually never in my life have I. She continued to be rude and belittle me, I asked what time I can come back she tells me nope sit in this chair for 3 hours can't move basically I asked if I could at least purchase water since I just gave you all my urine I held all morning like how else do u expect to get more out! As well as I don't have time to sit here 2hours my dog is in the car, I'm def not going to let him freeze for 3 hours as well as I have other apps. As dirty as that place was how do I k ow the cup wasn't tampered with never once did she open in front of me or anything, who knows where she pulled it out from. I asked to try another cup and she said nope! Like if this how ya all conduct business and treat people, it's not a Coke I'm here trying to get a job for employment and go through this. She said if I left Automatically failed. Well so be it I left My dog in car it's snowing and we have other acts, I definitely will be contacting my attorney to discuss this matter. I've been upset and sick all day or how I was treated for no reason, also never once was anyone 6 ft apart, this causes me to lose my job you definitely will here from us. LabCorp Diagnostic services ordered by my physician

I have contacted LabCorp 4 times (via email) to assist with processing an invoice from June 2020. The bill does not identify services that I can match to an EOB. They have not processed the claim with my insurance company. The invoice now shows past-due. My fear is that this will be turned in to collections, or my insurance provider will not pay it since I no longer have insurance with that carrier.

Attached to my last email on 01/21/2021 was a copy of the only EOB I Have for the date referenced, and a copy of the front and back of my insurance information. Today, 02/09/2021, I received another past-due notice.

Desired outcome: The claim needs to be processed by LabCorp, or deleted as it is not my responsibility

LabCorp Pre-employment drug testing failure to follow mro process

I visited LabCorp in Thousand Oaks California on Wednesday, January 27, 2021for a routine pre-employment drug test. I informed the technician that I take a prescription medication, providing her the name of the medication and my healthcare provider's information. I further informed her that my prescription medication will impact the test result and that I wanted to ensure this medication information was noted in my file. She stated that I would be contacted within a few days from LabCorp and I would verify the information at that time.

I never received any contact from LabCorp. Instead, my potential employer was sent a report stating that I failed the drug test.

I am a registered nurse and LabCorp's failure in this situation has adversely impacted my reputation and has potentially caused me a loss, or at minimum, a delay in employment.

Please reach out to me immediately and remedy this egregious failure to follow the MRO verification process.

§ 40.131 How does the MRO or DER notify an employee of the verification process after receiving laboratory-confirmed non-negative drug test results?
(a) When, as the MRO, you receive a confirmed positive, adulterated, substituted, or invalid test result from the laboratory, you must contact the employee directly (i.e., actually talk to the employee), on a confidential basis, to determine whether the employee wants to discuss the test result. In making this contact, you must explain to the employee that, if he or she declines to discuss the result, you will verify the test as positive or as a refusal to test because of adulteration or substitution, as applicable.

Desired outcome: Confirm the prescription which would yield a negative result on the drug screen and send a letter to employer of your error so that my name and character are unequivocally cleared from the original report of a failed drug test

On 01/25/2021, it happens I walked in the walgreen's where there are not mandate in the use of a mask but there where like 30 people waiting to get they blood taken, this is outrage no social distancing at all, you don't have the space to have so many people in this confide space. I work for the dept. Of health, I giving you a chance to fix it or I will report you to the dept. And the cdc and probably they will close you out.

Desired outcome: get it fix, make this people wait in their cars and mandate face mask.

I made an appointment online for the LabCorp location a 501 E Hardy St Ste 150, Inglewood, CA 90301. I had to take time off work, find child care for my child so that he can do his online class, and paid for parking. I checked in via my phone and waited in my car, because I am high risk for COVID. I waited for over an hour with no text alert saying a lab...

My mom was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and has been going weekly to Labcorp in Somers Point New Jersey. Every time she comes out she is upset and says she will never come back here because all the girls speak rude to her at the desk and even give dirty looks. As she was leaving today the women before her said how rude they all were except the girl...

LabCorp I would like a response

My name is Jim McMullin. I had an appointment on December 21 for thyroid testing and a PSA test. I provided scripts for both. The woman who checked me in was abrupt and apathetic. Because of her apathy and her not following through the PSA test was not done although she was provided the paperwork by me. She was abrupt and unfocused. I had to wait for this appointment and now will have to wait again. [protected]@aol.com [protected]

I had a cbc done that was ordered by my endocrinologist. It came back with an abnormally high red blood count. I was the referred to a hematologist-oncologist. Based on the test results labcorp reported, she stated that I probably had polycythemia vera (prv). This is cancer of the bone marrow. After much discussion, she ordered a new cbc. The results have...

Occurrence was on nov. 27 at approximately 2:30pm. This complaint is within the context of the lab location within a cancer center in the midst of a pandemic that can kill medically fragile immuno compromised cancer patients many of whom are also over the age of 65. My appointment was at 1:30 pm and I was taken in at approximately 2:30 pm. I observed that...

I arrived at Labcorp at 3331 Colorado Blvd in Denton, TX for a routine employment drug screen. Upon walking in they had their window closed. I knocked on the plexiglass and could clearly see someone behind it. I Waited, still didn't open. I looked to my right and saw the sign in kiosks. I began to sign in at said kiosk when it asked me to scan my DL. I only...

On Dec 22, 2019 I took a blood test at Lab Corp at 1235 Lake Pointe Pkwy in Sugar Land, TX. The nurse did a very terrible job. She inserted the needle on my left arm but not on the right spot of the vein. Blood came out and it hurts. I screamed. She tried on my right arm, blood came out and I screamed again! She told me my veins are too small. I requested...

LabCorp Lab test

Kiosks. I take medication that makes me foggybin am. I had to fast so no coffee. I take cream. I found kiosks confusing and no one to help. I drove a ways to get there. I never use kiosks at walmart. Older folks need help at times
So I did not get my blood tested. I even said I can not read screen. I am waiting to get new glasses. Very disappointed in this new system. Even walmart has a person that is there to help with using kiosks
Lab core. No help.

First of all, when taking a urine sample, a woman is given alcohol cleaning wipes. There is no where to dispose of the wipes after you cleanse... No garbage can (I ended up putting it back in the wrapper and putting in my purse... Ewww...gross). secondly, a woman does not have the "aim" that a guy does and quite a bit of it will go on your hand. There is a...

LabCorp Stool sample test

I submitted a sample for test prescribed by my doctor. Normal turnaround time for the type of test is 2.5 days Submitted samples on Thursday, September 24. I received my results today, October 8th. Sent messages through my patient portal and got several replies that they were working on it and that these tests were very complicated. My physician, called LabCorp on Friday, October 1 and was given some verbal information which finally eased some worry on my part. Today, I received the real honest results - 95% of the tests failed as samples were "spoiled".

Massively careless and irresponsible. Stay away from this place.

LabCorp Concern with not following covid19 cleaning protocols

On Friday, August 14, 2020 I went to the Lab corp located at 811 Sunset Road, Burlington Township, NJ 08016 for blood work. There were at least 8 people there, it was like musical chairs, seats and lab areas were not being cleaned/sanitized in between patients. It really gave me chills especially with this pandemic being so out of control. PLEASE SANITIZE.

Please, please, please, have those workers sanitize the areas used after each patient, it was truly a scary feeling seeing patients, in and out (which was great) and playing musical chairs. It's better to wait a little longer than to put people at risk because they are not cleaning...not once!
