LabCorp - Rude Staff and Scheduled appointment over an hour late

I frequently go to the LabCorp on Saturday's because I work all week. Every time I go the people behind the desk are rude, but I usually just shrug it off. Today I had an appointment at 10:15 am, arrived at 9:55am. (15 or more minutes early like I was told to). The women behind the desk was very rude and wouldn't even give me a pen to sign the forms for payment. I started noticing that walk in's were being taking before me, well after my appointment time. I finally went up to the desk at 10:50 am and asked why were walk in being taken when my appointment was at 10:15. I was abruptly told that I had 3 more appointments ahead of me.

I wouldn't normally just let it go, but this has happened to me more than I can mention.

No one likes to work on Saturdays and I sure don't like to have to get blood work done one Saturday, but your staff could be a bit more kinder to the people waiting. There were about 20 people in the waiting room with 5 chairs.

Outside of the door a sign is posted 5 people at a time. So I stood for over an hour with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I asked if I could want in my car and was told I would lose my spot.

Desired outcome: Have you treat people like humans and not a annoyance.

LabCorp - Error in blood test results

I had a cbc done that was ordered by my endocrinologist. It came back with an abnormally high red blood count. I was the referred to a hematologist-oncologist. Based on the test results labcorp reported, she stated that I probably had polycythemia vera (prv). This is cancer of the bone marrow.
After much discussion, she ordered a new cbc. The results have come back normal. We will be doing another cbc after some more specialized testing comes back. So far all looks like I do not have cancer. What a horrible experience I have had. I am a 71 year old female. I sat in the waiting room with cancer patients, wearing covid masks. I was so frightened. I sat there, with my husband by my side, thinking how I was going to tell my children such news right before christmas, with the pandemic raging.

I am furious.
