I placed an order from their third party website. I was charged, as usual, only after 7 or 8 days, I got an email from them saying the item is out of stock and hence they have nothing to send. They offered an alternative that was more expensive and I agreed to buy it. But even after it they never shipped it and stopped answering my calls and emails. Hopeless situation. I'm done.
