My mother returned to the store so many times that I lost count, but Steve never lost his kindness. This was my first major purchase after my husband passed away two months ago, and Steve was so understanding. He never made me feel pressured to buy anything, which I really appreciated. I'm so glad he didn't say something like "Go ahead, after what you've been through, you deserve it." Another salesperson at a different store said that to me and it made me so angry. Thank you, Steve, for not using that line as a selling point. You made this major purchase painless and I am so grateful.

The vinyl covers had a zipper that ran around a corner and a little printed tag that read "this side up." In following the instructions on that little tag, I had apparently reversed the box spring, causing the "ledge" in the mattress.

One suggestion I have for Verlo is to offer a less deep mattress. As a short 78-year-old, getting on and off the bed can be quite difficult, and if I had an infirmity, I probably wouldn't be able to use it at all. Additionally, I was disappointed that the articulated XL twin beds I had purchased in the past were no longer available, and the regular mattress with an articulated frame just doesn't work the same.

Another issue I have with the mattress is the remote control. It would be helpful if the buttons were slightly raised so that they could be felt in the dark, or at least the light button.
