I recently purchased a mattress from Verlo and unfortunately, I have not had a great experience with it. Despite having the mattress rebuilt, my partner and I are still experiencing discomfort while sleeping. The mattress is lumpy and not at all comfortable, which is disappointing considering the sales pitch we received when purchasing it.
To make matters worse, we had a defective mattress to begin with and even after it was supposedly repaired, we are still having issues. This has left me feeling quite skeptical about Verlo mattresses and their quality. I believe that if we were sold a defective mattress, we should have been given a brand new one instead of having to deal with ongoing issues.
Overall, I wish that the mattress was softer and didn't feel like we were sinking into a hole while sleeping. Additionally, I wish that we didn't have to go without a bed in order to have ours adjusted. It's frustrating to spend money on a product that doesn't live up to expectations and causes discomfort on a daily basis.
Despite my negative experience, I do appreciate the effort that Verlo put into trying to fix the issue. However, I would caution others to thoroughly research and consider their options before purchasing a mattress from this company.

Me and my husband are not happy with our Verlo mattress. It's sagging on both sides and there's a hump in the middle. We've been experiencing this for a while now and it's not getting any better. We decided to apply for 0% interest through Synchrony Bank, but it's been a hassle. The first month, we had to call for a statement. The second month, we never received the statement and got charged a $27.00 late fee. We had to call them to waive the fee and send out the statement. It's just not a good experience overall.
Our last mattress from Verlo lasted 22 years, so we were expecting the same quality from this one. Unfortunately, it's not living up to our expectations. We're hoping someone can help us out with this issue. We purchased it at 6501 W Layton Ave, Milwaukee, WI.
We suggest getting a mattress that is firm and remains firm after 3 months. This one has lost its firmness and it's not comfortable to sleep on anymore. Also, it retains body heat, which makes it uncomfortable to sleep on during hot nights. We're wondering if we can replace it with a better one.
Overall, we're disappointed with our Verlo mattress and the experience we've had with Synchrony Bank. We hope someone can help us out with this issue.

One thing I will say is that the sales representative I worked with, Fred, was great. He was really helpful and knowledgeable, and he definitely made the whole process a lot easier. So props to him for that.
Overall, I wouldn't necessarily recommend Verlo to everyone, but I do think it's worth checking out if you're in the market for a new mattress. Just make sure you do your research and find the right one for you - and maybe skip the pillow top if you're a bit picky like me.
