Joy Garcia, a Zumba Instructor in SCV, conducts conversations with other class members, negative conversations, when a class member voices concerns to her about any aspect of her Zumba classes. While it is understandable that many of the Zumba consumers have formed relationships outside of the classes with one another, or with the Zumba Instructor, there is responsibility for an Instructor to be emotionally intelligent and not use other consumers to ostracize those who she has fallen out of favor with!

Desired outcome: Education/training to all Instructors, to recognize that all who attend classes at La Fitness are consumers - even if friendships have been formed. Being inclusive and welcoming to all, should never be compromised.
