I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a Malay staff member at KTM Tanjung Malim station whose behavior and work conduct are completely unacceptable.
On every occasion I or my family members have approached this employee during official working hours, he has displayed extremely poor attitude. He is frequently absent from his post, forcing passengers to wait for up to 20 minutes. Even after breaks, he fails to return promptly, and while on duty, he is often seen chatting with friends or engaged in personal phone calls instead of attending to passengers.
Moreover, his conduct toward passengers is highly unprofessional. He speaks rudely, rolls his eyes, and refuses to provide clear explanations. His behavior is particularly intimidating to elderly passengers, making them feel uncomfortable and fearful. This repeated pattern of negligence and disrespect is unacceptable and falls far below the standards expected of KTM staff.
I demand that KTM management take immediate and strict action to address this employee’s behavior, ensure he fulfills his responsibilities diligently, and uphold professional service standards at Tanjung Malim station.
I expect a prompt response outlining the measures that will be taken to resolve this issue.
