I pay rm10 for touch ngo card. I go to surau to pray about 1 hour because i forgot to pray zuhur and asar just around the conner . Then, they deduct my rm10 as the penalty. This is not fair because when i ride rapid kl they never fine me like this. Maybe for u its just rm10 but for me it is my hard earned money. Please remove this penalty cuz there are maybe musafir who pray for a while . This is very unfair and irrelevant fine.
The train frequently break down in the middle of stations out of no where, and leaving the passengers middle of the stations for several hours, reasons for train broke down had not made clarify, just mention due to technical issue, and this issue is always happening everytime, they had never put any effort to resolve this issue
And the helping train is always late and never be punctual
The staff on the train is very irresponsible like they just put passengers on the platform without informing them any direction
The main transportation mode that connect states to states had such poor services and arrangements despite government supports
At kl sentral station! Train to seremban is so less frequency! Time on the board shown not followed! Platform number on the panel board very misleading! Batu canes train shows platform 5 but arrives always in platform 6! This problem never improve for so many years! Please change la! Improve public transport service! Not even 1 staff in charge at the platform!
This staff have no attitude and not respecter to ktmb customer, im just entered in ets at coach d, same time she also want go out from the ets with the same door, but she said to me "banggang", its come from their mouth, this workers is not respected to our customer, but when I ask she why she call me like that, look like don't care what i'm talk to her, everyday i'm used ets traveled from arau to sg petani not like first time 'im used this ets, so why she do like this to me, as are thicket checker she just say sorry and the it will be ok, but its not be like that, I hope ktmb take this action from this staff, be respected to the customer.
Pagi ni saya nak pergi kerja, lepastu dah smpai dekat ktm ngam ngam seminit lagi ktm sampai. Tiba tiba scan baki tak cukup. Saya bergegas ke counter untuk topup kad tapi tak ada staff di counter!! Saya terpaksa guna mesin yang tak berapa nak elok tu?!!! Duit pon taknak terima eish!!! Dan saya terlepas ktm!!! Semua gara gara staff you!!! Terpaksa naik grab!!! Saya sangat marah!!! Tolong eh cari staff yang bertanggungjawab sikit!!!
*why there was no train to pulau sebang/tampin in between the afternoon schedule??? Do people not travelling there???

Arrive from kl by ets.So many people rushing to use a Lif, due to covid 4 person in 1 lif. I as a responsibility malaysian, said please 4 person is allowed in 1 lif, then when im in level G, i go to the police ask him, why don't you put a notice saying 1 lif 4 pax only, then he shout at me saying thats is people choice i cant do anything while his table in-front of lif.He in working time, if he sees something that shouldn't do during this covid, he should give a instruction to public people and keep reminding people again n again not saying thats a people choice.
When will KTMB improve their services? I have been using this train since my teenage years and now I am in my 30's. To be frank the service has not improved and in fact it is much worse. The frequency of the trains definitely needs to be more reliable! We have to wait for the train for nearly an hour. This is not an express train. It's a monitor service and have to wait for an hour or more for each train. The notice boards that display the timing of each train is always out of service! Do you know how frustrating is it to use the public transport after a tiring day at work?! Seriously, KTMB needs to have more frequent trains as it's very annoying to wait for a train that long. If the service is good, m sure many people will use the public transport service!
I wanted to buy ktmb ETS fr Bukit Mertajam to KL Sentral in anthr 2 weeks.
They declare book early fare will be reduced from original price, after logon eticket system i noticed there's still plenty seat but ticket alrdy highup to rm63 for ETS gold rm58.
How's ktm declare book early for flexifare. Cheating rakyat

We are daily user / passenger of Komuter Batu Caves to Seremban route. Nowadays we are facing a problem with 7.50 am train as not usual train comes by. it was replaced with Skypark train which is to small and to compact. even some of us cant fit in and miss the train and late to work.
and please take note, now we are facing corona virus issues. With this small and compact train(not even a place to stand, to hold on and even some passenger falls when the train breaks) we are in the fear of infections.
Some passenger cough and we are standing to close to each other.
Please take our complaint into consideration.

Ktmb will practising flexifare and they declare it can save customer money. However before it start I already kena tiket mahal (1ringgit je) example KL - BukitMertajam rm58 ... with flexifare now come to rm59

Earlier today i bought a ticket to ipoh which is at 1.30. At the counter where i bought the ticket claimed the money before asking me which coach i would like to select. She just randomly put in the ETSplatinum coach without asking for my opinion. Now it's my first time taking the train for a long distance journey so i was quite unaware of it. Later while waiting for my train (15 mins after buying the ticket) i went back to the counter and asked if i could change my coach from platinum to silver as i was on a budget and the platinum ticket price seemed a bit ridiculous. She said i could change to silver but the money would not be refundable? What's that suppose to mean? First i don't get a choice of choosing my coach and next i don't get a refund as well? This is a scam and I'm frankly very disappointed cause my budget has now been ruined.
On 23/2/2020 (10.28am), I was asking the staff at the counter for the fare of KTM route from Batu Cave to Midvalley. Then the staff forced me to buy a KTM card instead of using token (I'm not sure that is it Malaysian must have a KTM Card, even though I'm from Sarawak, just here for travelling). The staff din't tell me Malaysian also can use Malaysia IC or Touch N Go card to top up value for the ride. Just asking me is a must to purchase a KTM card. Also his attitude is bad because I'm asking question about this, and he is not patient to answer my enquiry. Because early on I took KTM from KL Sentral to Batu Cave, the staff didn't ask me to buy the card. So I have no choice and just buy the card. Please explain this case. Thank you.

Pada 30/1/2020 jam 10 pagi. Seorang lelaki tua berbaku tshirt coklat telah menerjah masuk ke surau perempuan tanpa mengetuk pintu atau memberi salam terlebih dahulu.
Pekerja tersebut tidak mengendahkan hal tentang aurat Wanita.
Kami meminta pekerja tersebut untuk keluar dahulu demi menghormati aurat kami. Tiada notis ditampal, bahawa tidak boleh berehat sebentar selepas solat dhuha.
Akhlak orang islam seperti ini sangat menduka citakan.

We took a train no. EP9201 on 29th Jan 2020. After it rained, rain water started to seep into the coach. The ETS Staff proceeded to mop the coach with a very dirty and foul-smelling mop. The coach smelled terrible after the staff mopped it. Please advise the staff members to ensure that the mop they use is CLEAN before using it as this leaves a verg bad impression on all the passengers in the coach.
