Ktm Simpang Ampat

I arrived at 6.25pm and my train is 6.33pm so i decided to use the lift because no sign board or anything put there to show the lift is broke. Press the first floor button but the lift never arrived at first floor. I trapped in the lift at ground floor for about 15 minutes. Thankfully the staff here very good i press the call button and they immediately answer and do something but sadly then cannot do anything with this very poor facilities. They try their best to help but the facilities to old here and what i see after more than 10 time using train in ktm Simpang Ampat there is no maintenance been done here! The lift is toooo poor. U never take care of its. U literally build this ktm and let it be whatever its gonna be! I been using ktm utara more than 6 years but this ktm really baddd! YOU BETTER COME HERE AND SEE BY YOURSELF AND IMPROVE! Most important things i missed my train! I suppose to arrived at my destination at 7.30pm and now its become 10pm. The worst experience ever! Do better laaa don't lie to me say u have no untung i slap u haa!
