Approximately a month ago, I booked a bus ticket with YoloBus for a specific route. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my reservation. Like any reasonable customer, I reached out to YoloBus customer support Rajat Singh yolobus to request a refund, following their stated policies.

However, the saga that unfolded over the past month has been nothing short of exasperating. Despite numerous attempts to get in touch, there has been a shocking lack of communication and transparency regarding the status of my refund. It's been a frustrating experience, to say the least.

As someone who has previously enjoyed the convenience and reliability of YoloBus services, this experience has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.

I firmly believe that constructive feedback can lead to positive change. Therefore, I've written a detailed email outlining my concerns and expectations, which I've shared directly with YoloBus. I've requested a clear timeline for my refund, a dedicated customer support representative, and improvements in their customer support processes to prevent others from enduring a similar ordeal.

I sincerely hope that YoloBus takes these concerns seriously and addresses them promptly. I believe in their potential to provide excellent services, but it's crucial for them to rectify these issues to regain my trust and the trust of other dissatisfied customers.

Desired outcome: I want to get the refund and I want to make a legal Action towards them
