I recently took a bus trip with Yolo Bus and it was the worst experience ever. The AC was not working properly and it was so hot inside the bus. I was sweating like a pig and it was really uncomfortable. The seats were also damaged and it was really hard to sit on them. I felt like I was sitting on a rock.

To make matters worse, the support was terrible. I tried to contact them to complain about the AC and the seats, but no one answered the phone. I sent an email, but I didn't get a response. It was really frustrating.

Overall, it was the baddest trip ever. I would not recommend Yolo Bus to anyone. The AC and seats need to be fixed and the support needs to be improved. It was a really disappointing experience.

Yolo Bus is not that great. The semi seater is supposed to be a seater, but it's not. The last few seats are terrible and not comfortable at all. And to make matters worse, they're charging full price for these seats! It's not fair to the customers. If you can't provide good quality service, then don't sell the product. Yo, I gotta tell you about my experience on Yolo Bus (yolobus.in). So, I hopped on the bus (DL1PD0664) from Dikelying, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun, on May 17, 2023 at 10:30 p.m. My seat was number 10. But, things got real sketchy real quick.

The driver stopped the bus after Haridwar, near Mangalore, to pick up some local passengers. That's a big no-no, right? I called him out on it, telling him it was dangerous for the passengers already on board. But, he got all up in my face and started arguing with me. Then, he let his relative and friend on the bus through offline booking. They even threatened me and started arguing with me too.

It got worse when we stopped at a restaurant and the driver told the conductor, Mohit, to kick me off the bus at 2 a.m. But, Mohit refused because he knew it was messed up. This caused a huge fight between the driver and the conductor, making things even more dangerous for everyone on board.

When we got close to Noida, the driver asked where I was getting off. Mohit said ISBT Kashmiri Gate, but then the driver threatened to leave me stranded there. I was so scared for my safety that I got off the bus early, before Anand Vihar ISBT.

This is serious stuff, man. Yolo Bus needs to take action to make sure this doesn't happen again. They need to investigate this incident, punish the driver, and train their staff better. Passengers should feel safe and comfortable on their journeys, and Yolo Bus needs to step up and make that happen.
