On Monday, August 2 I decided I wanted Crystal's for dinner when I got off work at 10:30 I went to the crystals located on Normandy Boulevard in Jacksonville Florida and they were closed but the employees were in there talking and laughing they were just not taking orders at the time I was there I seen three other cars pull away at that time I decided to go to the Crystal's which is located nearby on San Juan Ave. I went there which they close at midnight and I was told they were only doing door Dash orders how do you expect to make money and keep your doors open if you can't even take care of customers when your schedule to be open

I have eaten at the Krystal in Lenoir city for years Me along with my family and a bunch of friends will not be eating there anymore the new fries you all have are the nastiest fries I have ever eaten you need to go back to your old recipe but until you do you mo longer have our business thank you

Sit in drive through for 15 minutes. Plus the kicker is when I get to order they tell me it will be 25 minutes before they have any Krystals. This place in Cleveland Tennessee needs to be closed what a joke.

I was at the Krystal on Manchester Expressway here in Columbus Ga. The restaurant closes at 2 AM. I was in drive thru line at 1:28 AM. When I arrived at the menu board at 2 AM, I was told they were closed and I would not be served because a big order held them up. There were at least 4 other cars behind me that I could see and 2 cars in front of me that were not served. There is no sense in letting customers sit in line all that time without service and I was there in plenty of time before closing to place my order.

Gm I visited the KRYSTAL on 7700 w new berry Rd this morning, the lady that waited on me at the window never greeted me, so I asked her how she was doing she just said fine with a very bad attitude in other words she need to learn to smile or not act so hateful, it doesn't cost no one to smile. If she don't want to work she should stay, not trying to make trouble, but stuff like this make your business look bad, Thank you

I ordered my first delivery from Krystal this afternoon. I received 4 dried up turds with a pickle. Here's a photo. Surely this isn't what you envisioned. I ate one and realized sometime isn't right.

My husband has had a feeding tube for six months because of having 7 weeks of radiation of his throat and mouth and trying to eat again has been difficult and he has not been able to do it. Tonight he felt like he wanted to try a Krystal's cheeseburger and arrived at 7:40 pm. Tia informed him she would see what they had left because they were closing early. An old dried cheeseburger is not something someone who had radiation in this area can handle as their mouth is like the Sahara desert as it is from the radiation and lack of saliva. He came home with nothing and I am not going to lie I was furious. Twenty minutes until closing and you can't make fresh burgers he has to take what has already been made and sitting for who knows how long. I called and Tia answered the phone and really didn't care and when I asked for a phone number to call she told me she could not find corporate's number so I asked if there was someone over her who's number she could give me and she said no. Once I said to her I could not believe with 20 minutes left until they were closing that they could not make him some burgers and I was told they were closing for a personal reason. I worked at Krystal's a long ago and it doesn't take 20 minutes to make fresh burgers.

Its Saturday, 1253 in Saraland Alabama. Have been in line for approximately 15 mins... still five vehicles from ordering. I am stuck and can not leave the parking lot now. Have been reading complaints on social media of late. Management needs to correct this. Now 15 additional mins later and i am number 3 from ordering. Therr are at least five vehicles behind me. Poor Souls.

I arrived at Krystals on Wrightsboro rd in Augusta ga. I did not see a sign anywhere saying drive thru only! As I approached the door a Krystals employee in a black Chevy Malibu drove up yelling "we drive thru only" I said ok maybe a sign would help. She then started yelling at me like I did something wrong. She then drove around and stared me down yelling something. Rude people will never get my business. I hope you fire this rude non professional person.

I was in the drive thru and there was 3 vehicle's in front of me I saw the girl give the food to the customer and then the customer hand it back with a drink and then the cashier handed them and different bag and the next vehicle pulls up and she handed them the same bag and drink the customer hands the bag back and the girl give them a different bag again so that is cross contamination twice and plus with this covid mess going on that is not good for any business plus I had to wait 30 minutes for my chicken strips my Fry's where cold will not be back to this location in scottsboro Al I never received my receipt I got my food and had to ask for it

After working a 13 hour all-night shift as a nurse at a local hospital, and being too busy for lunch, I wanted some dinner. Dinner not breakfast. I went to the Krystal's across the street. Location was 9th Avenue in Pensacola, FL. The employee who was working drive thru at 715 a.m. On May 4, 2021 was extremely rude. I asked for 2 corn pups. The reply was "we ain't got none up". So I asked, how long will it take to make some? The reply "we ain't got none up". Very loudly and very rudely. I have never not been able to order one whenever I wanted. However, the rudeness is what was intolerable.
