My name is Mrs. Knapp. On the morning of December 10th 9:10 a.m. I drove up to the Krystal at 1377 Union in Memphis TN. The menu display was torn, missing displays and did not display breakfast...it looked as if it was closed for business. The dispatcher asked what I would like...I informed her that I was unable to see the breakfast menu and told her the food items that I would like to eat with coffee as my beverage. She responded, "We ain't got no coffee"...then I asked if my meal came with one or two eggs...She responded, ..." It's three eggs"...her tone was very rude and unprofessional...as she sung in the microphone. (Customer Service definitely need work)...After waiting 20 minutes for my meal, I got out of line, went down the street received breakfast, coffee, and a pleasant voice.

I was at the 5140 Cobb Drive location in Atlanta Georgia. The burgers were awful and the wait was outrageous. We waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes. The bread on the Krystal burgers was soggy and nasty. It did not taste like the Krystal I am use to. The fries were good but the burgers were disgusting. We ended up getting sick after we have a few bites. I have never had such a bad experience at your establishment as I did that day.

The other day I went to Krystal and my french fries were apparently the new crispy fries. I am 71 years old and grew up eating Krytals from the time I could eat food, my brother as well. All this time the french fries and regular Krystals have not changed. NOW, the french fries are HORRIBLE. Why change something that has worked for OVER 50 years! Sorry to say that I will not order french fries at Krystal anymore unless you go back to the original fries.
I actually through them away. Did a new management employee come along and try to make their statement by changing the fries? BAD MOVE.

I ordered from Krystal's, San Juan Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida on Sunday, Nov. 21, 2021. All the Krystal's burgers were cold, had no pickle or mustard and had cheese on them, which I did NOT ask for. I ordered 3 chili cheese pups which were cold, a party fries which were cold AND soggy and 2 apple turnovers which were cold. Also ordered an Oreo sundae which I didn't get at all . I tried calling the restaurant for an hour and kept getting voicemail. Monday, Nov 22, 2021, I called and got a man named Donald who informed me he was the General Manager. I told him about my order the night before and he offered to replace it. Upon getting to Krystal's to get my replaced order, I asked for 3 apple turnovers, instead of of 2 and a Sundae. After being told it would be 4 mins on the turnovers, 10 mins later, I called inside to see what the problem was. At this point, Donald came to the car and admonished me for calling to check on my order. I DID NOT appreciate this when I was told it would be 4 mins and 10 mins had already gone by. On my way home, I checked the bag and realized I was given the Sundae anyway. Customers shouldn't be treated this way. Donald acted like he completely understood when I spoke with him on the phone, saying he wasn't surprised then he got nasty with me for trying to check on my order. Something needs to be done. Krystal's has gone way down hill.

I was at Krystals on Mt. Moriah about 7:30 am 10/25/21 . I gave the man a $20 . I brought a Sun raiser combo. He came back and gave me change for a 5? He walked away and came back to the window and said .Did l need anything else, l said my change He said you gave me 5, and l do t have 20 in my drawer. I said l gave you a 20$ but he reluctantly gave me my change.

I am a Door Dasher. I picked up a order tonight @11 that contained 2 large drinks. I asked for a cup holder your employee sat the drinks in there. When I arrived to the customers home and got half way to the door both drinks tumbled out of the cup holder onto the ground. Y'all cup holders are clearly extremely flimsy compared to every one else's. Also i arrived your Jax013 store at 11:05 pm, I didn't receive my order until 11:21 pm that's 16 minutes after I arrived. My order pick up time was 11:16 pm i arrived early and got it late. As Dashers we are working just like you guys and our time is very valuable please have your staff treat it that way.

This is not the first time that this has happened. I went to the location at 2509 Main St, East Point, GA 30344 at 10/18/21 around 1100pm. My chilli pups were cold and the apple pie that I used to love for the last 4-5 times at different locations have been old and hard. This is the pie I bought last night at this location.

The service here in east point is fair at best. But the service at the 5140 S Cobb Dr SE, Smyrna, GA 30082 is worse. I've gone there several times and have been told in the afternoon that there's a 45 min wait for food. I've been told they're closed at 8pm because of no staff. I stopped going there because of the constant closure, long food wait times, out of items or closed due to no workers.

I absolutely love Krystal chilli cheese pups. I'm 53 and have been eating them since I was in high school. But the service at many of your locations have gotten so bad I pretty much have given up eating here all together

I've written several complaints stating the experience I went thru on 9/11/2021 @6:32pm with a general manager by the name of Keisha and her cook on duty where I was physically harassed by the both of them and felt extremely scared for my safety!. I have filed several complaints via email and vm with no response for any resolve! I am extremely upset at the incident as well as corporate at this point, I will be seeking further information as to speak with someone from this company asap!

We went by this morning was ordering our food the guy at window interrupted him while he was ordering. Then we asked for jelly he replied it's already in bag so when I got where I was going and was looking I couldn't find it. I then called he said I'm sorry have great day and hung up on me no you can come pick up some just rudeness. I loved the nice lady that used to work the window. This guy was just totally rude to us. He could of at least said we could come get some jelly he just said "I usually put it in the bag" I told him I'm just letting him know it wasn't in there that's when he said I'm sorry have good day and clicked up phone on me.

Waited almost 30 minutes in line at the drive-thru to get my order and they still got it wrong when I go to a drive-thru at a fast food restaurant I expected to be fast food I don't understand why y'all don't open your dining rooms up again everybody else has their dining rooms open it also took almost 15 minutes just to get up to the speaker to order

There workers are rude... They act like it kills them to do what they get paid for... I will not be back and alot of my friends and family will not... I thank they need new employees... Get rid of the ones that act like [censored]es. Plan and simple.. Or they going to loose alot of customers... Make wash there hands better and more aften.. Clean table chairs better. There food sucks when 1 shift is working. I can give names if you like.

I stopped on more than 1 occasion. They cant take orders. System is down.
Can they not write the order down the old fashioned way. Seems to me you are loosing business unnecessarily.

Rude, Gallatin Krystal always has something going on.Tonight put the topping on it! Always have different managers every other week if you work second shift getting off you're screwed!Just hate it I LOVE MY KRYSTAL Burgers!

I went to Krystals on Bunea Vista road to order hangover Krystals. The speaker informed me that they no longer serve them so I asked we can I have the Krystal add bacon egg and cheese and she told me no. I was LIVID because how can you say I can not add items to my krystal if I am paying for them. There is always an issue last time they said I couldn't use my coupon for 10 wings and 10 Krystals because they had to "save the wings" for a special they were running.This is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this location again. I would like to hear back from someone.

I go to yalls restaurant often more that 5 times a month. I always get a route 44 and a scrambler. I always ask for extra butter . Well here lately I've only one butter. I got to work this morning and only had that one the lady handed me no salt no pepper. I asked for extra thinking I had 2 in my back bag only to find I had only one. Here lately it seems yalls food and business is goin down hill at this location in Thomson ga store. Thank you have a good dau
