I didn't revive my order that I ordered but I got the problem fixed with the doordash customer service department.

I'm complaining about this location because every time I go to that particular location to purchase something to eat they always say that their system is down, something is working, the food is not fresh, bad management, lazy employees making excuses just so they don't have to do their job. I'm am very unsatisfied with this location something needs to be done about it. That's why y'all are losing business at this location. Better management and employees would be for this location. And on my order I never received I would like a refund please I actually cancelled the order after it showed that they were closed and no one answered the phone for my to check what was going on with my order

I live in Rome, GA and have gone to the Krystal on Turner McCall twice last week to get lunch for me and a co-worker(s) and was turned away. The first time was last Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 1:45 pm, I pulled to the drive-thru to place my 2 orders and was told that their grill had been off and that it would be at least 20 minutes before I could get any food. I said forget it it and went to Bojangles instead. The next day was Wednesday, July 7, 2021 about the same time, I was wanting to place 3 orders, this time I was told that their system was down and that they couldn't take any orders. So I left again and went to McDonalds. I don't know what is going on at this store but someone might need to check it out. I love Krystal's and when you want one, nothing else will satisfy. There is another Krystal in Rome, but it is too far out of my way to pick up on my lunch break.
