I was in line to order our food so when we got to the window the woman was having a little bit of trouble with the new system and she said she was not use to the system and keep apologized to me super nice woman she asked me to hang on she went outside to ask this guy to please come help her I guess he wanted to finish his smoke or did not want to get off the phone long enough to help her out this caused you a lot of business because people was leaving once again I would put the lady that was at the window on days leave the boy at home get rid of him before she quits don't blame her if she did 9:18 pm 6/05/2021 if you find out who the lady is thank her a let her know how important she is to this restaurant and stay calm don't quit thank you
Desired outcome: Need to have team player once again lady was super nice
