The service and the food!!
Tonight my husband and I went to Krystal JAXF03 store #738 with "manager" Audra Creech. 3 employees were sitting outside the front door smoking when we pulled in. We went inside and there was a woman waiting on her food which was waiting but noone gave it to her and 5 others were waiting inside. Please call me at [protected] to discuss. Thanks!

New french fries are horrible. Please go back to your old fries. I will not be eating there until you go back to the old french fries. You lost a great customer. The new fries are awful. Thanks. Whoever decided to change to these french fries needs to be fired. I've been eating krystal's for 40 plus years and I will not be going back until you bring back the original french fries.. Geez
I totally agree. Whoever made this change made a very bad mistake. They are HORRIBLE and I have been eating Krystal since 3-5 years old; I am now 71 and will NEVER GET THEIR FRENCH FRIES AGAIN. So really why go to Krystal at all if half your lunch is not edible? IT WOULD BE NICE IF KRYSTAL WOULD RESPOND BUT I AM NOT HOLDING MY BREATH. They will lose money and have to do 1 or 2 things. Close more KRYSTAL RESTAURANTS OR BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL FRIES.
Customer service and employee protocol
Two male employees were using loud profanity profusely this morning, 9April21, 9 a. m. The male chef didn't handle a return/complaint with diplomacy and the customer became angry stated that he would buy breakfast else where and asked for a refund. The young lady cashier was very professional. The male chef was one of the males using profanity.

There should be any reason that the drive through taking forever to get food. 5 to 10 minutes is ok but anything pass that is ridiculous. Do better on training them for a better service specially at this Krystal Jax019/ Merrill.. I wasn't gonna complain until I walk in and got my food the girl you was taking our food was rude when I ask what's wrong with the drive through.

the Krystal located in griffin georgia seems to be closed to customers more than there open to them.i stopped in this morning around 8am I wS told they were not online but I think that was there way to get rid of customers because an 18 wheeler food service was making a delivery.what? They can do 2 things at a time.this isn't the first time or the second.next complaint when you order a scrambler the cup is on half full even with all the ingredients.i think this one needs renovation and new staff and ace another one on 1941 up by the other food chains.i think one would do very good there...

I went thru the drive thru at 12:08 a.m. ordered 12 krystal cheeseburgers a lg. Fry. The burgers was barely warm half the bun was hard and the rest was very soggy. The fry was hard and greasy like the wasn't done and laid in grease. I go to krystal's at least 3 times a month and this is the worst food I ever tried to eat. No I didn't finish my food. Had to throw it away and on a fixed income it hurt to have to do it

Tried to call 3 times, they finely answered and just laid the phone down and would not talk to me, I could here them talking in the back ground. I needed to place a to go order. I looked online and found that a box of 24 cheese krystals cost 19.99. When I got to the store the manager charged me 22.99 ea. I bought 2. I told her that is not what it said on your website and I showed her a photo I took of the screen. She asked if I want them or not. So I had to wait for 25 mins because I could not phone that order in. While waiting I seen a young very large black girl scratching her head with both hands and all of her fingers. No gloves and did not wash her hands. This happened 3 times. She also was on her phone the entire time I sat there. The managers name is betsy. Cold chili cheese pups upside down
I ordered six Crystal chicks two chili cheese pups and a Sprite they got my order wrong tried to charge me $31 got my order fixed got home the chili cheese pups look like they've been through a rodeo and so slow and accuse me of changing my order and was very rude about it this Brianna should be working in the back and not at the window
