On Monday March 7th 2022 around 6:30 a.m my wife and I decided that we wasn’t going to cook breakfast but go to Krystal’s on Dunn Ave instead to take it to work. Got to work and yuk the grits wasn’t cooked, it was like someone just poured grits in water and served it. The grits was crunchy and powdery. This is not the first time they have disappointed me just decided to try them again and that was the last time on Dunn Ave and the thing about it the manager prepared it. What a disappointment

I frequent your 1009 Dunn Avenue location 3-4 times a week since I live and work nearby. You folks have just remolded this location which was much over do several years back. Thanks for that!
My issue is with the orders. They are quite often filled incorrectly and no one seems to care about it. Customer service skills from some of the new hires are very lacking to say the least. (If you don't want to work then stay home I don't need a bad attitude first thing in the morning).
Keep in mind these are the individuals who believe they are worth $15.00 an hour to do a poor job and assume it's OK to do so!
It is a small task to check the order to insure the customer is getting what they ordered. 4th time in the last 2 weeks my order was filled incorrectly..
I do not like grits, period! I am often given them even when I take the extra time to request that my order be checked prior to handing it too me..
