I took a number at the jewelry counter during the Christmas holiday season and waited in the jewelry department to be called. Eventually my sister standing on one side of the counter heard my number and told the lady I was there. She proceeded to skip me and the number after mine and wait on the couple standing there looking at her. When I came over and ask her if she called my number she said she had to which I said I didn't hear any numbers to which the customer that she let have my spot started arguing with me. She allowed all this to go on in the store and I called the manager. The manager didn't satisfy any complaint I had. She just said it shouldn't have happened. It ruined my time there that day and I buy plenty of jewelry from kohl's. It is ridiculous to allow a gang up argument to go on in the jewelry department. No apologies were given to me. You can do better than this I think. Someone who actually gives a rip should deal with this issue.
