I began calling Aloha Kia in July 2023 regarding the delamination of my entertainment system. It would sporadically act up as far as the sreen going blank, loosing connection etc. I again called in August 2023 and each time was told someone would call me back. In September I called two more times being told the same thing. When I asked for the Manager I was told he was in a meeting and transferred to his voicemail. (He was actually off island). Begining of October I get a call back from the manager advising that the vehicle warranty expired and the issue wasn't covered. He apologized telling me the location had been sold and rebought and experienced it and phone problems and my calls, messages were likely not being forwarded. He had me bring the car in and documented it and I again started calling corporate regarding the warranty issue. I was told it would be elevated with all my documented calls to the dealership and corporate. We are now into November and I received and email from an escalation team advising my vehicle is out of warranty and I have to pay for the repairs. I am livid! I think this is horrendous customers service

Desired outcome: The eternainment system be repaired as I have been calling about since JULY!!!!!
