My Name is Virmohan Singh. Mobile number is +91 [protected]. I was delivered Petrol manual transmission Kia Seltos on 26th August 2019 HTK+.
I had paid for the basic kit at the time of delivery.
Today is the 03rd of September and still no kit. And showroom representatives have been lying and now ignoring me for the past few days. Shame on Kia Allied Motors. You have just entered Indian market and the customer service you are giving is hopeless. I am totally disappointed in making this decision. A really bad one. I have all the proof and call recordings which I will be sending to your head office in Gurugram India today from my office.
